Don't care as long as we win the division.

I'd rather face the Rangers pitching than the Astros.

I'm scared by the Rangers offense

I only really trust Price out of our whole rotation

But with that in mind I suppose the Jays would rather have a scoring battle than a pitching battle, so having to face the Rangers would be blessing

It's not sarcasm I'm assuming. Gallardo, for some reason, has had the Jays number for awhile now.

We've faced him twice. In those 13.2 innings he's had 6 K's and 5 BB's. That's... pretty terrible, to be honest. If he wants to try the "pitch to contact" method against us again, then I more than welcome him to do so!

I think the Astro's, especially if they have to burn their ace in WC game.

Best case scenario at this point is winning the AL and playing the Twins who win their WC. I don't want to play Texas, too often the hottest team goes very far, and they seem to be rolling at the right time

Well he's been pretty successful against the Jays with that method so far, and no I wasn't been sarcastic, he owns us.

Almost every team has one starter that is either major or minor kryptonite for us. You could say that goes for every team as well. The important thing is how confident you feel against the rest of the opponent's rotation.

So long as the Jays are healthy, I think they can take either team. Frankly, the team that I think the two toughest outs in the AL playoffs are going to be the Jays and the Yankees, provided the Yankees can win their wild-card game. I think the Royals are playing rather poorly heading into the postseason, and Johnny Cueto has been brutal - I wouldn't be shocked to see them lose in the ALDS to the Yankees. Anything can happen in baseball, but unless Price or Donaldson get hurt or something like that, the Jays are the clear favourites no matter who they play in the ALDS.

Astros. Less experience - fading fast. Great pitching but this is new for them and I think we can pound them to oblivion, they haven't faced this current roster.

But then again we beat Texas in Texas but they're hot now and baseball is all about streaks soo... Houston

I don't care really. If I had to pick is rather face the Rangers. Houston has the better pitching and they have some really dangerous offensive players with speed. They are struggling now but will get it together soon

I'd amend it to say 'Don't care as long as we have home field'. The 36-37 road record concerns me. I don't care who we play at home but the road scares me.

If they win the division they'll have homefield in the ALDS. As for the ALCS, well, let's worry about that when we get there.

As for their road record they've been much better in the second half, naturally. I'm not as concerned as I was before about their play on the road. They've shown they can win big games there.
