How does trading draft picks work? Like if I trade my 8th spot with 3rd spot, do I need to give something extra? If I need, then what is it?

I think it's whatever is decided between the two parties, so long as it's an equal number of picks. So you may trade your #8 and 2nd round pick to get the #3 and their 3rd round pick.

Except for the specifics on what it would take to get the #3 pick

NTB or MrMiyagi, any of you interested in swapping 1st and 2nd round picks? (Mine are picks #10 and #17). It might be the difference between drafting Adridge or Millsap instead of Vucevic or Deandre Jordan in the second round for you guys.

We don't have time limits in the unofficial draft? Like 24 hours for 1 - 3rd round and then 12 hours for the rest. If a player doesn't make his pick by then he gets auto picked according to yahoo rankings
