Meh, it **** sucks, I was banking on him having a DPOY/All Star year.
Still got love and believe in the guy 100%

As for the Hornets, pains me to say, but the team should trade Al and focus on the young guys, play faster, I think not going BPA in the past Draft is going to hurt, like it did on 2013.

I had the Hornets as a bubble PO team, around 8-10th in the East, but with this, I will likely put them all the way down to 12-13th in the conference, good enough for a 5-7th pick in next year's Draft.

I mean, at least you guys got your picks, you could be New York or Brooklyn, look on the bright side.

6 months puts us at April 5th. He's going to essentially miss the entire season. We're **** unless Batum is way better than expected and Al goes beast mode all season.

It seems like every time MKG gets hurts, the outcome is the absolute worst possible scenario in terms of recovery time. Not only does he get hurt all the time due to the way he plays and his seeming inability to fall like a skateboarder, but his injuries seem to always be at the max of the recovery window. Its a horrible combination, that frankly, I don't expect to end during his career.

Man. I'm sorry guys. Love MKG. Very underrated by many people. Hope he ends up having a quicker recovery than expected, and his shoulder heals up well.

Not sure why you are reading my post like that. Its the truth. Lin and Lamb fans have been begging for their guy to get minutes due to being treated unfairly in previous locations. Unfortunately now they are going to get all they can handle. It sucks that it comes as a direct result to MKGs injury, but that's life. They both now have a huge chance to show what they can do. When players get hurt, minutes open up and the next guy in line needs to step up. If Lin and Lamb ball out like many claim they can, then MKG's loss might be less painful to deal with.

Ordinarily, I'd agree, but Batum's gone if we tank IMO. We've given up so much of our future to win this season that I would stay the course and try to make a move for another defender in hopes that we aren't complete ass on that end of the floor and attempt to stay in the playoff hunt.

Tough news for y'all and MKG. While y'all will miss his energy and defence, maybe there's an uptick in offensive performance overall for the team?

Batum is the SF now, and quite frankly, this is Jeremy Lamb's opportunity.
