I am with Henny on this one....defense comes from coaching. I am not worried about rim protection until Skiles fails with this team. If he can't get defense out of this team then we have a serious problem. Who cares about previous seasons with Jacque frikkin Vaughn.

Hezonja was the right choice based on talent and need. We seriously lack a lights out perimeter guy. Whether Mario steps up is the question, but we gave ourselves a shot at getting that player.

Man, I wonder how good of a defender Jameer would've been if he had a defensive coach instead of Stan.

Lol. We were still a good defensive team with Jameer because of Stan. Thanks for proving my point.

OK, I admit it. I was wrong. Should've traded up for KP.

Yup KP was my first choice, but it would depend what we would have to give up.

Even if it was too much, and the team didn't like WCS... they should've taken Myles Turner. I flip flopped between WCS, KP and Myles Turner every other day. I liked them all. Even loved Bobby Portis if we were somehow able to get another pick.

I will try to get behind Hezonja, but it's tough. I'll like him more if he ends up making Tobias trade bait. So we can find the big man we need to complete this roster.

I m still on the Turner s bandwagon, but hope Mario is gonna be ok

ESPN reported an interesting trend from the Hornets I also noticed during the their two games this weekend: they're tossing up a lot of 3s. Steve Clifford acknowledged it was a planned change for them.

They might be a team to watch out for this season.
