I kid you not, when I saw this, I was like "wow, nice pass from Lin", then my next thought was "oh damn, Cody's turning into McBob"... and then Hawes passed it back even better than that- great play between them. If Hawes can be anything more than a liability on the defensive end, I think we'll like him a lot.

Odd that Frank had such an off game.

I think I'm going to have a love hate relationship with Lamb. He seems to hawk his shot just like PJ did last season.

I was pleasantly surprised by Hawes's mobility, cuts, and passing. But I was disappointed in his shooting, which looked weird for some who is supposed to be a good shooter. Also, there were several times he was near the basket after a good cut or post but he didn't know how to attack the basket with purpose and aim. It is almost like he just throws the ball at the basket without looking or aiming.

Hawes is 7 ft 2 " and has a terrible post game and I have no confidence when he's near the basket. Compared to Al, who looks like he knows what he's doing. Zeller had some nice reverses.
