This is preseason, I doubt Dragic even cares what his stat line looks like. He's probably gonna end up being Miami 2nd best player this season so I wouldn't be so quick to say he's overpaid.

I'm really not worried, he's been taking 4 or 5 shots per game. When it's time to step up I know he will. People just like to get their panties in a wad. Goran never forces his offense and in preseason when Wade and Bosh are trying to get back into the thick of things he's just deferring to them.

I don't mind Wade sitting. So, I'm guessing Green is starting?

Good opportunity for Winslow to throw up some shots tonight.

Winslow is a worse shooter than Deng and having Green in the starting line-up would be a defensive mess on the perimeter.

Green has been excellent this preseason on both ends. Their defensive numbers have been pretty even as well. Winslow needs work offensively, but it will take him no time at all to be a defensive pest Deng will come to be a liability this year.

Green has looked encouraging on the defensive end, but he doesn't have the best history there, and I doubt they'd stick him on an elite wing (LeBron, Melo, Jimmy, etc.).

It's not like Deng opting in hurts the team since the Heat were capped out anyways. Worst case scenario, if he really doesn't fit in the starting line-up, Spo can bench him or they trade him.

Spo doesn't exactly have a track record of benching guys that are playing like crap. I hope Deng is more aggressive this year at driving to the rim and drawing fouls.

It's just minor knee soreness. He hadn't played a game in about a year. Takes some getting used to.
