Umm... well... umm... you can have my mom's old laptop that is slow and loaded with viruses. :)

My crappy old laptop is only used for pie these days, and even that it struggles with.

had my first "face to face" with a dugite the other day. was hanging out the washing when I thought I saw something moving, then I noticed 5 foot of snake sliding away.

he appeared scared of me thank ****, was creepy watching him climb up the retaining wall.

have a shovel out there for next time, so I can cut the sucker in half

yeah. I love wasting my time on some very random subreddits. Ones centred around youtube are typically my favorites.

There is some disturbing, random and just all in all hilarious stuff to be found there. Like this guy, which I found on /deepintoyoutube . He has uploaded hundreds of videos where he sits and smiles for 4 hours straight (!!!):

https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCqW54i24PGw1q7IxciRmgTA/videos

In one of them somebody breaks into his house mid-way through it, yet he maintains his composure since he didn't want to mess up the video.

Jamaal Maglorie came into work yesterday (because the Raps were playing the Wolves in Ottawa).

At 6'7" and around 235lbs I thought I was a pretty big guy........until the Big Cat strolled on in.

BigSlam, that's pretty cool that you're from Ottawa too :) Are you a Ravens fan? I'm a Carleton alumni but never played for them back in the day when Paul Armstrong was the coach. I was a good HS player but didn't have the height for university ball.

My boss's daughter was stoked because the Wolves were practicing at Carleton U. and they got to watch it or see Wiggins in person (she's on the Ravens women's team).

can't wait for the series of tweets in January.

"I don't blame the mom, a lot of people liked the Falcons."

"But I can't say that I didn't warn here. People didn't listen to me though."

"I made the prediction beforehand. Just like the time Charlotte went 7-59."

"Respectively"

You keep using that word, I do not think it means what you think it means.

Also: "a mom"?

I thought the bolded was a little of an overreaction than I remembered you're in Australia and googled what a Dugite was.

They should make a show called called deadliest hobby, and it is just some older Australian ladies gardening in their yard.

So apparently, the Hornets continue to **** on Eastern NC. After finally being able to watch games here in Raleigh, with this new Fox Sports Southeast channel that they have, I will no longer be able to watch the Hornets as the cut off is just east of Charlotte. And I cant buy League Pass because they black out Hornets games. This is amazingly terrible. How can one be the team of the Carolinas, when the prevent half of each state from watching them?

Are you still in Raleigh? No games in Raleigh this year? No games in the 2nd biggest market?

Just sayin, it's worth it. On demand access to all NBA games with no blackouts.

Tried to sign up tonight and it appears they are not taking on new subscribers?

I've been trying to stop drinking soda the last few months. Now I have a 34 oz Brita water bottle at my desk at work. I try to kill that every day, plus whatever water I drink during lunch and at home. Every night I'll still drink about a 1/4 of a 16oz soda, either Dr Pepper or Coke. I swore off Mountain Dew cause that stuff is just too damn good. I end up chugging it. Now I only have the yellow drink of the gods about once every few months. Today I broke down and bought a bottle and I just took a sip. That **** is like crack to me. I'll have to make this 20oz last a few days, then no more until December.

A couple years ago I just cut out soda pretty abruptly, was easier than I expected, though I'd have a Pepsi now and then if I ordered something that came with a drink. I've always loved just plain old, boring water, so that helped. I've never liked Mountain Dew though, but I know I'm the only human that hates it.

But then a few months ago the wife bought a soda stream...
