Wizards at Sixers Preseason GT #4 10/16/15 7pm

The last time these two teams met the 6ers didn't look like a team that belonged in the NBA. Since then they have done better beating the Cavs and Nets and losing to the Knicks. Meanwhile the Wiz are coming off a long break after beating international team Bauru, hopefully they can knock the rust off and come out swinging tomorrow.

What I'm looking for from the Wizards:
-Can Beal and Porter continue their efficient offense they've shown so far?
-Can Hump knock down threes at a slightly better rate?
-Who steps up with AA out for the foreseeable future? Webster, Oubre, Neal, Temple?
-Is Harrellson's shot the real deal?

When the 76ers beat the Cavs, LeBron, Love, Irving, Mosgov, and JR Smith didn't play. Also, Shumpert is out with an injury and Tristan Thompson is still holding out.

It might have been nice if the Wizards could have scheduled some preseason games against NBA teams.

Well its vs the 6ers but the Wiz look like a well oiled machine on offense. 8-8 from the field with 19 points before the 6 minute mark in the first

Oubre has made some great plays on defense. Wreaking a lot of havoc on the ballhandler with his length/footspeed

Truly impressive inbounds steal by Oubre. Huge vert leap spread eagle and smacked the pass away for a breakaway slam stopped only by a hard foul.

Dang Otto. Dang. 13 pts on 6/6 with 3 rb 3 ast 2 stl. Looking long , explosive, and in control. John/Brad/Otto in a push-the-ball offense is pretty scary.

Porter out of the 2nd half with a sprained ankle. Thought I saw him wincing after an awkward but successful alley oop. Oubre filling in nicely in the first 5 minutes of the 2nd half. Slamming down a Wall assist as I type.

Great game from Porter. I guess everyone sho said he was a bad pick -- and there were *a lot* of you -- has forgotten ever voicing the opinion? Do I have that right?

Great game from Oubre. I guess the totally obvious, absolute no-question-about-it FACT that we should have picked Portis who's much better that *a lot* of you have been trumpeting has been forgotten? Do I have that right?

I love everything about Oubre's game. I want to see him up in the primary ball-handlers grill 90% of the time. F*** a team defense. Just keep getting steals.
