Ok, so if we sign him, how much and how long? I would be very hesitant to sign him for big money or long term. He's been great, but so have lots of other guys for one year (especially after switching leagues).
Does bringing Navarro back become a thing too? I don't see any reason why he'd want to come back as a back-up unless we massively over-pay. Even then, I feel like he wants to play.
I remember Estrado discussing after game 4 (In Texas) that he Navarro has been huge to his success. He was asked about bot of their imconing Fee Agency and he expressed a desire for them both to play for the same team again.
Right, which is a problem for bringing Estrada back. We don't need Navarro for the type of money he can get on the market.
Well, it's early in the process. First let's see if AA comes back (most assume he will), then we can get into contractual status and negotiations. It's not even a given that AA will be back 100% nor that Estrada would turn down a deal to Toronto if Navarro was heading elsewhere.
