we already cut him before too, right?

Nah. Never had him that I remember.

You're right.

Might be confusing him with Eliot Williams, who spent some time at Duke and we gave a ten day contract to last year when Kemba went down.

@outRAGEous02
@NBATV check your ticker...that'd be @AaronICE2 that signed with the @hornets not @DrewRoc5 (Andrew) #BBN

Dammit, now I'm confused again.

And 108 years younger with upside.

He is about to turn 25. I just don't see the difference between him and Troy daniels except he's smaller and older.

Are we at 15?

If so, welcome to Charlotte, Mr. Harrison Twin. Thank god we didn't keep Wilkins, because I was already having Jason Maxiell/Ben Gordon/Gary Neal flashbacks. You just knew that a vet like Wilkins would keep sneaking into the rotation if he stuck around.

Technically we could sign someone else who has been waived and cut Harrison, but seems likely he'll make it.

I think he's a nice addition. He's young (turns 21 the night of our first game, would be a nice birthday present making the roster two days before), has great size, nice intangibles, hustles on D, and has a decent floor game. I liked EWill, but Harrison seems like the smarter addition.

I'm hoping we pick up CDR given our lack of reliable wing depth. No doubt that Harrison was better than the 4 guys we cut though. I thought he should've been drafted.

Could this mean he might get some Lamb's minutes? I don't think Lamb did himself any favor during the preseason, maybe we might see some Harrison at the 2 guard position.

i really doubt it, Harrison isn't NBA ready yet. needs some D-League time first.

speaking of which, i would think we will learn the location of the team soon, or at least i hope so..

I wish we'd have cut them all and gone with CDR, but of the ones we had on the roster, Harrison was probably the best one to keep. He highest the biggest upside for sure.

Was the #1 ranked SG coming out of highschool. Has really nice upside. Could turn out to be a really solid player. Stash him away for a couple years and see what becomes of him.

I just looked up "generational talent" in an encyclopedia and their was just a picture of Byron Mullens for the entry.

Harrison twins weren't ranked properly out of HS but either way it means nothing at this point. I think there 's a misperception about Aa Harrison's athletic ability and "upside"." He's not a poor athlete but he's definitely not a great or even above average for his size with slowish feet for the NBA. His length is average at best and while a big guard, I wouldn't say overly physical.

Not trying to throw cold water on him because he deserves to make the team, but expectations have dogged him since HS because the expectations were wrong. If he can find one above average NBA skill (shooting) he has a chance to eventually contribute and he should be proud of the hard work he's put in to do something few expected.

He didn't deserve to make the team this year though.

He'd be our 4th PG. All he had to do to break the rotation was be better than Brian Roberts. I'd like even my project PG to be better than Brian Roberts.

Pretty sure we'll keep his number though.

At this point it seems like he's not good enough to create anything else other than a long two or three. He also seems like shortest 6'6 player that I've ever seen.

Does Aaron's father know about Bonnell's "help"?

Partially guaranteed/unguaranteed contracts become fully guaranteed January 10th (unless specified in the contract, but nothing was announced in this case). Not sure if he'll stick around, given our injuries we could certainly utilize the spot more effectively.

Plus we still hold the full MLE, so having an open spot could be useful come buyout season next month.
