Pre season significant or not, the important thing is everyone is buying into coach skiles. Comparing our game orl vs pelicans and miami vs pelicans with the pelicans seriously trying to win both pre season games. We had that mentality of winning compared to last year when our team just folded up.

Opponents have made more free throws (189) than Orlando attempted (178) during the preseason.

Its been a long time since we won that many games in a row. Its just preseason but to get these young guys used to the idea of winning is a very good thing.

He's looked good all preseason. If Watson doesn't turn it around during the regular season then he should be the backup. You don't really need a great defender at that position as the backup. You do, however, need an offensive threat that can make plays for himself and others. He's not so bad defensively that he'll kill us while playing 15-20 minutes a game.

He was waived. When he clears waivers it is unclear if he will sign with Erie.

Right now I am more deeply concerned by the FT %. But then: How can a poor FT % team also get to the line so little. That's also bad.

The Magic have some work to do but I am thrilled all of the games are now going to be on TV.

Mario is a very smart player. He has the instincts and the feel for the game. Something I can never say about Harkless.

He's been good the whole pre-season. The biggest thing this game was how he was able to get to the line. If he can do that all season it would be a huge help. Ultimately I'd like to see him take and make more 3's and be a legitimate threat from out there.
