I only last 6 minutes against the Bulls before I muted it and started reading.

I don't even know if I'll watch any of this one.... this team sucks so bad.

It's sad, this is the first season in probably the past 5 years that I genuinely don't care much about. I had so much optimism the past few years just b/c, on paper, we looked like we could compete with the best of them. This team needs a leader, NOT Jack or Johnson.

iI doubt I stay home to watch this tonight. Hollins will probably start Ellington/Johnson over Bojan/RHJ and we'll be down by double digits within 3 minutes tops. The flow of the Bull's game was no coincidence, the Nets went on a 20 point tear once RHJ checked into the game and the intensity picked up. We will win with defense, transition baskets, and plenty of Lopez facing up and going to the rim and Thad catching and attacking. If those 4 things aren't happening its no point to even bother.

Tonight? I doubt we win no matter what happens. The Spurs are a far more talented team.

That isnt sustainable over 35-48 minutes though. coming off the bench, starting a run vs their reserves, all great. but its not like if you started those guys we'd be doing those things for the whole game.

not to say im against starting RHJ. id be ok with it. i love the effort he gives. but i dont think it is realistic to think we will be any better making that move.

we still lose that bulls game, regardless of starters/minutes/rotations.

I'm thinking moreso in terms of slow starts in the 1st and 3rd qtrs. That stuff kills us.

dont think we can chance that really. we just dont have any offense. tough to get rolling early without scoring. lopez with an early burst would eb good, but difficult with a real pg on the roster.

but im with you changing the starters, get me the high energy guys.

honestly, id start markel at PG. our PGs arent creating offense for others anyhow. let markel bring it up and get it to joe or brook.

Brown - -joe -RHJ - Thad - Brook

thats 3 energy guys and our 2 best defenders next to our only 2 good offensive players

Markel Brown needs to be the starter, Larkin did the best he could but he's not a starter. Markel has size, he plays better defense and has improved his outside shot. I would start Hollis-Jefferson at the 3, I like his energy and he's a solid defender, those two could compliment Brook, Joe and Thad.

i doubt markel is ready though to run an offense or ballhandling and his jumper is slightly better only. im expecting joe johnson to get destroyed again by kawhi leonard and the rest of them to get blown out by second quarter. i rather see jack start who is playing tonight.

larkin is too tiny for defense and lacks confidence.

It's not about changing the offense. It's changing the low effort D on the perimeter. Joe gave up at least 6 easy points in the first quarter.

I'm down for that as well. I thought Markel looked good vs. The Bulls.

I just want competitors and motors out there.

tough shot to see that go through at the end of the 1st, but overall good quarter.

RHJ's energy is awesome. Defense was mostly solid; felt like there was a lid on the rim early - we missed some good looks.
