Damn.

The only good things tonight were Kosta looking solid pretty much the whole night, and after a rather unmentionable first half Anderson nailed some shots.

Kosta stat line was good but there is something about him that's bothering me. Can't put my finger on it.

considering we had jt carl reggie and ryan as back up bigs last year, I can definitely appreciate what kosta brings to this team.. kosta and dc have been the most consistent kings so far.

He's good 10 feet from the basket either on offense or defense, and runs the floor. I'm a little nervous if he has to man up outside the key.

I've been noticing all sorts of things he's been doing well.

Like with box outs, rolls to the basket, when to leave his man and when to stay put.

It's like if you dusted off an encyclopedia of basic center fundamentals/movements and responsibilities that hasn't changed much in 40 years.

Well, he interviews like Jimmer, and he is averaging a team worst -9.0 +/-.

I'd imagine many of those minutes are without Cousins.

I'm curious now, if someone can verify that.

Something to keep your eye on. If you only include lineups that have 2 or more games played together. The Kings would have the best plus minus (+-) in the NBA with this lineup.

Cauley-Stein, Cousins,Gay, McLemore, Rondo

+/- is a sketchy stats sometimes. When your starters get off to lackluster starts it kind of dooms them from the get. There can be too much of a hole to dig out of.

I heard Cuz might be out another couple of games.. The damn shame to this season if we start out 1-8 or something, you could be looking at a situation within a couple of weeks where there will be a part of me that won't mind the loss mindful of keeping the pick within top 10. Hopefully it doesn't get there

WCS has all the talent, but the concern for me personally has always been motor, and part of that is bringing it nightly. I expect him to shine these last couple of games with Cuz sidelined if he is.

Told ya man I'm going to the game tomorrow so my bad luck would curse us, and I'm going Saturday too.
