That's Lance Stephenson's fault.
On a hard show/ blitz the corner wings need to be sprinting away from corner to deflect the pass/ try to strip Ezeli while DeAndre recovers on passes like that. If Ezeli can catch and make a play to Harrison Barnes so be it. Redick has the right idea but is hesitant to come off Klay Thompson which is understandable and is why he's late.

It's Curry time. Must watch TV until he cools off.
Denver is blitzing so might be a high assist night and Mudiay does have nice physical tools for defense. Faried at center specifcally for blitzing and have a SG guard Draymond.

Thought he was getting too antzy to shoot when he bricked a couple of shots. Denver is playing such a dumpster fire lineup defensively to stop him that his teammates were just getting layup after layup.
Eh still makes 3 3's lol.

Re: The Stephen Curry Thread (2015-16 Pt. 1)
So does Kobe/Marshall's single game record finally fall this year? Given how often GSW blows teams out, he might not get the minutes but I have to assume on a night when he's REALLY on fire, he'll gun for it.
On that matter, WTF would constitute him being on fire? Hitting 6/11 on average and 77% TS through 5/6 games now. I'd certainly call this a hot streak, but when he has his Kob 81/Thompson 37 moment, what are we in store for?

It's crazy how Curry going 6-10 for 3's in a half just feels completely normal now

man Curry killing ti again leaving Paul and Westbrook in the dust so far this season. Might be the only pg to when mvp and deserve it Nash 2005 was really iffy and 2006 was strait up bad decision. I still rooting for the spurs to win because Duncan is the best but i am happy to see Curry doing so well he is a joy to watch never seen a player like him.

He'll definitely break their record this year. Probably a few times. And to be honest it wont even be a big deal.
He's taken 15(?) threes tonight and nobodys even batted an eyelash. On a good night he wont have to take more than 16 or so to break the record. And could possibly do it on 12/13 if he just gets in a zone. The problem with records is having a player willing to shoot the volume necessary to break it. That's not a problem with Curry. A three-pointer is a normal, ordinary shot for him to take, akin to a skyhook for Kareem Abdul Jabbar.
I also think he's going to shoot 50% from 3 this year. Its simply too natural a shot at this point and he's too good at it. We're going to see 50% on more than 10 attempts per game. Bet that.

Curry hasnt had a bad or merely even ok game by any stretch of the imagination since game 3 last year.
He might break the 70% TS limit while averaging 25+

Sorry i meant to say be a pg that wins it back to back and deserve it both of those years. Nash 2005 is iffy and his 2006 he really should not of gotten it but Curry 2015 pretty much his and 2016 keeping this up no doubt he is the mvp.

i dont think he will break 70% TS. He will be more aggressive this year and i think he will get near 30 pts a game under 34 mins. A 68% TS at 30 pts is better than 70% at 25 pts for the team, I think Curry is too smart to not figure it out.

What an amazing player and he makes all this so casual looking, audaciously suggesting that he could do even better if he wanted to.

Re: The Stephen Curry Thread (2015-16 Pt. 1)
Curry is putting up 35.5 PPG on 76 TS% / 45.4 PER with a 57/51/93 split. Now, I don't think he could keep it up for the whole season, but is a 30 PPG on 65-70 TS% really out of the question for him at this point? We might be seeing the GOAT offensive season right now.
