That's always been my thing and remains my thing after last Sunday vs the Broncos. No one expects the Packers to go 16-0 and win the Super Bowl every season.

But the ''didn't show up'' or choking narrative is always there when the Packers play a good team on the road or play a playoff game.

The Packers played a good team on the road last Sunday and surprise surprise they didn't show up.

It's old news.
It is old news I agree. However, who is to blame? It has to be the head coach. He is responsible to make sure the team is ready to play and has a good game plan for victory. In these cases McCarthy has failed over and over and over. It is time to go into a new direction period.

The not showing up narrative has been a thing since 2009,the first big game game off the top of my head that I recall where the Packers didn't show up was Packers Vikings at Lambeau that season.Favre's return to Lambeau as a Viking, big game obviously and at home and I believe the Packers were down like 24-3 early in that game.

Point is,this has been an issue since 2009 and the two main constants since then have been McCarthy and Rodgers.

I have said for years on this board that this team seems to lack mental toughness and that they have a bully mentality. When they play weaker teams they are the aggressor and everything is fine. But as soon as they play the better teams that punch them in the mouth or punch them back they become the re-actor and completely fall apart and fold up.

It's already happened this season, the Packers go 6-0 and look pretty good doing it then go on the road and get challenged and we see them fold up like a card house.

Wash rinse repeat.

It's a mentality thing not a lack of talent, and we continue to see this happen season after season with different rosters. To use an old but true cliche a team takes on the mentality of their head coach.

This is the same discussion going on in the PG thread. Pointless to have 2 threads with the same thing so I'm shutting this one down.
I'm against picketing but I don't know how to show it.
