I don't trust Baalke anymore with high draft picks, low draft picks, free agent decisions, etc., I'm totally pessimistic about this helping the team at all.

I dont trust him either. They should fire Baalke and promote Gamble. Can't be any worse

Actually Baalke has not done good with late first round picks. Two that come to mind are AJ Jenkins and Jimmie Ward. Jenkins was a total bust and the jury is still out on Ward. However, he has done well with high and mid first rounders. Since 2010, they have included Anthony Davis, Mike Iupati, Aldon Smith, Eric Reid, and Arik Armstead who actually has looked decent imo. What I am most pissed about (besides the 2012 draft) are the two 2nd rounders from 2013 - Vance McDonald and Tank Carradine.
