Post-practice interview with Lamb from yesterday - http://www.nba.com/hornets/video/2015/11/09/1447105171901-151109-Coach.mov-105693/

Very humble, talked about how he knows he and the team have to be more consistent and focused every night. Encouraging to hear him talk about how he needs to put in work, think he gets it.

QC Thundercats on BCP has been pushing Jeremy Limb:

I think the surgery worked, and is a way get our first all star since Crash. Last night he scored 37 points on 14-21 shooting, with 5 boards and 3 assists.

For the season, he's averaging 25.7 points, 6.1 rebounds, 4.1 assists, 1.1 steals, and 1.3 blocks, shooting 49% from the floor and 39% from 3. All off the bench!!!

Other teams don't even realize that they have to game plan against such a specimen, just seeing a young bench rider and foreign looking journeyman. But the league will find out soon.

Early front runner for 6th man of the year, most improved, most confused, most intertwined, and most valuable player.

Thank you Jeremy Limb!

We need a GIF of Lambs acrobatic alley oop. That should make top plays on SportsCenter.

Can someone make this happen? I get blacked out from Knicks games. If so much appreciated. All I got to see was the Zeller game winner.

I can't find the GIF, but saw another one with Lamb cutting to the rim. Ibaka found him for an easy layup.

How good is Lamb without the ball? Not used to seeing that here in Charlotte.

I'm just not used to seeing skill on offense on this team. Lamb is incredibly talented. Is he breaking out or am I just being a homer?

Well, I've always been lukewarm on Lamb as an NBA prospect and I'm now pretty much convinced he is our best scorer. The way he has been moving without the ball and also getting to the rim and finishing (with either hand) has really been eye opening. He isn't just a jump shooter like a lot of people were worried. Hes not going to be able to break down people off the dribble as easily playing against starters (I'm still impressed with his iso skills), but I don't that would be a problem in our offense if we just ran him off screens all game.

I'm genuinely surprised by how good Lamb has looked. I expected him to stand out on the wing and shoot 3s. His competitive spirit, effort on the boards, and swooping forays for bank shots have been real eye-openers.

Lamb is doing exactly what I expected of him and that's to prove the doubters wrong. I knew Lamb would be our best scorer per 36 minutes. I kept saying he would. Now we just need Cliff to swallow his pride and let Lamb start over Hairston the rest of the season.

Why don't you understand that him with the starters would crunch our second unit... Hairston is just there to defend and be the fifth option on the floor.. I don't want Hairston to be the first option with the second unit, while I'm more than thrilled with lamb being that first option..

Basketball is not about starting your five best players... Popovic understood that early enough and that might be one of the main factor to their historic success...

Why don't you understand that our starting unit suffers with PJ out there? That's why the bench be having a higher offensive rating than the starters because they have Lamb.

Don't really matter much to me as long as Lamb get 30 minutes and Hairston get about 10-15. I had a problem with Clifford splitting their minutes 50/50 early in the season. That's what aggravated me.

Just watch lamb when he is with the starters... He basically stays in the corner and never touches the ball. The tactics of the starters are designed for Walker - Jefferson - Batum. If lamb was playing with the starter he wouldn't have the chance to exploit his potential.

With the second unit, you can clearly see that the plays are designed for lamb to get the ball. It's working this way at the moment... I find no reason to change...

You must not know how many countless possessions of Lin's tunnel vision and driving into traffic I watch when Lamb play with the 2nd unit. I gotta look up the numbers but I doubt there's really any dropoff with Lamb with the 1st unit other than the defense with Albus on the floor. Hairston get plenty of looks and touches but his bum ass don't know what to do with it and waste possessions whether he's bricking or turning the ball over.

I like him. He's solid. Thought he'd be better defensively, but more than makes up for it offensively.
