This is the longest break the Suns will have all season other then the all star break.

During the offseason, Len was watching YouTube videos about how to improve his hands and came across wide receivers catching balls off a football passing machine. Len bought a used machine off eBay and purchased three footballs that he keeps near the Talking Stick Resort Arena practice court for occasional post-practice catching drills.

Good to know that he is working on that.

Suns are gonna be playing the Clippers on their second night of a back to back while we had 3 days rest plus the game is at home for the Suns...there is really is no excuses for us to lose this one too.

We have to start beating teams good teams and the Clippers have won like 10 straight against the Suns...it's about damn time the Suns can put together a win against them.

It's his main fault right now. He needs to catch those balls and keep them enough against traps/traffic.

Hoping for a triple overtime game in Dallas tonight.

Suns traded Mikal Bridges, Cam Johnson, Jae Crowder and 4 1st round picks and a swap so some Vegas Bookies would like us.

Of course they have lost 3 of 4 now. One by 2, one by 4, and this one was tight until the very end. They will be fighting hard to not drop 4 of 5. The only game they won was only by 2 though, so they are not playing all that well right now. The one they won was against the Grizz who have gotten beat pretty badly in quite a few games, one by 40, one by 30 and a couple in the high teens, and then another one by 10 to the Jazz.

CP3 is too much of a choker for that to happen. Seriously, I don't see how he doesn't get the crap that LeBron did years ago when people bashed him as a choker.

On another note, Dirk's still got it. He's been consistently pretty good in their wins and their losses.

We should be fighting even harder to not drop our 4th in our last 5.

Probably because LeBron is everywhere.

And Dirk is one of my favorite players to watch. The way he moves makes you wonder how he's still in the NBA... then he shoots nothing but net and you've got your answer.

Game 7. Dude was playing on one leg and put away the defending champs. That looks pretty clutch to me. I'm so sick of this hackneyed narrative.

One shot? Lmao. I bet I could have found hundreds of youtube videos on LeBron before 2012 showing him yet clutch shots.

Its a good thing that was the 1st round because if it was the 2nd round, it probably doesn't hit rim. And yea CP3 is a an elite 1st round player....nothing more.

Never ever in his life has he won more than 1 playoff series. Chokes in the 2nd every time and no I don't care if he averages 40 and 20 in the 2nd round, he's still come up short in the end in 2nd round series when the Hornets and Clippers have needed buckets throughout his career.

I never believed the CP3 is a choker narrative (because of the great stats he put up) til I started paying attention to him in the 2nd round playoff series the last 2-3 years.

Why are people so hard on Paul? It makes me sad, just leave Chris Paul alone, just leave him alone.

i say this kinda stuff all the time but i'm trolling when is say it.

still.. CP needs a lil more PO success before his legacy is free and clear from this stuff. it is what it is. i don't think he deserves it but as a mean-spirited fan who lacks personal confidence i sure as hell am gonna give it to him.

I hope Dallas hasn't waken Clippers up. I don't see Clippers lose 2 in a row.

CP3 and Blake both played 35+ mins so we ought to have a major advantage since Suns haven't played in 3 days.

Can't give up easy transition points and can't turn the ball over (looking at you Knight).

He's had some tough losses, especially the last two years, but they were the lower seed both times. He actually usually plays really solid. The one time he was uncharacteristically bad was in game 5 against OKC a couple of years ago. It looked like they were going to take game 5 to take a 3-2 series lead and go back home....but he had several terrible miscues at the end of the game and they blew the game and lost in six. But OKC was the better team with more talent and the higher seed.

Last year it also looked like they were going to go in as the lower seed and take out the Houston Rockets, because they stole home court advantage, and won their home games 3 and 4 in blowouts, so everyone just assumed they would take the series. But then Houston blew them out in game 5 (wasn't Paul's fault though..he shot 56%, hitting 4 3's at a 44% clip with 10 assists). Redick, Barnes, Rivers and Crawford went a combined 9-41 though.

Game six back at home you thought they might take it, and he had 31 on 10-19 shooting, with 11 assists and 7 boards, but once again, the four guys I mentioned in the last paragraph went a combined 14-46.

Game seven, pretty much more of the same. Paul with 26 on 45% shooting with 10 assists, 5 rebounds and 4 steals, but those same four guys were 11-36.

I thought they were the better team going into that series, but Houston had way more depth and their role players played much better. Paul's teammates never came to play.

That one game against OKC in the playoffs, he definitely choked. But he usually loses to the higher seeded team, and it's usually definitely not because of him.

That being said, I think he's definitely on the downside of his career now, and the west is only getting tougher. If Paul Pierce has anything left in him, he might be able to help, but he's definitely on his last legs.

Chris Paul is so anti clutch.
No Chris Paul apogies from this guy.

Also he b's and moans to much.

He is the most over-rated player of the last 10 years.

Please now post youtube clips of clutchness and advanced stats that I will promptly ignore.

The Clippers list J.J. Redick (lower back spasms) as out for tonight's #SunsVsClippers. He left Wednesday's loss at DAL in the 2nd quarter.
