Playing Thomas and Amundson when you are struggling to score is absolutely mind boggling. You make it so easy for the opposing teams on defense and allow them to focus on being even more potent on offense.

Listen I like Lance but Fish sometimes acts like dude is Bruce Bowen or something. He's overstretching him.

At this point, why doesn't he wear an earpiece and let Phil coach the 4th.

Can anyone on the board volunteer their wife or girlfriend to seduce Fisher so you can beat the crap out of him?

This. He's useful at certain moments of the game. But Fisher overdoses on him way too much

KP not being used enough despite being the biggest mismatch on the floor night in and night out. Why was Afflalo on the bench until the 2 minute mark in the 4th during a Cavs comeback again?

DId I mention the main reason the bench unit is struggling? Lance Thomas can't run the floor well, he stumbles with the ball. With Cleanthony, he can glide to the rim, he can run the floor. That was our preseason bench lineup. Fisher went away from that.

Very good point. The bench unit used to run the ball down people's throats, but with the wrong personnel in there, they can't do that. Derrick Williams's confidence is clearly shook, as is O'Quinn's.

Since the bench unit has to grind to a halt now, they struggle to execute in the half court, since well, they're not good at that. They need to compensate for that by running more.

Not to continue talking about this, but this is a poor comparison. I agree the 2nd unit is playing slower and not as well with Early out, but lets not compare preseason play to actual season play as if it is legitimate.

I agree that Early should get more of a shot playing over Lance.

I still see defense for fisher. The team gets a lead. The team loses a lead. The lineup that got the lead sits. While the team that loses it plays. And while the lead gets slowly lost. No adjustments are made to bring in the group who got the lead.

But some how thats the bench players fault.

Gallo is better than Jose, and should be playing. But some how, thats Jose's fault.

Thomas is garbage in a scented bag.

The rotations are so out of wack its fraud. Finally fisher calls a good play. But he picks the wrong guy to make the pass. Lance Thomas? You pull your best rebounder, in crunch time, a kid who made a buzzer beater we should not have needed, last time out, for lance thomas? Who's been stinking like fish?

The only other guy on this team capable of dropping a dub is williams. End of discussion.

Fisher is a phony copying what he saw Phil do. But he is not the zen master. He lacks that feel, education and natural instinct. There is no debate. There is no discussion. This is a really bad coach. He's costing us games we cannot afford.

I dont even want to talk about it anymore. Each passing game more see it. Where is Phil? He needs to address this.

He subbed in Amundson at the 5 minute mark for crying out loud! Not only that he removes Afflalo off the floor and puts in Calderon.
Then at the 1 1/2 minute mark, he subs out KP for Lance Thomas. I ask Fisher for what did you make these substitutions knowing you need offense on the floor? Fisher acts like Lance and Amundson are prime Ben Wallace and Ron Artest out there. These 2 guys are our 10th and 11th guys on the bench but yet they play significant minutes.

Good effort, needed one more hot hand to close this one out. Bron and Mo made two tough shots with good defense on them.

Loved that bank shot by KP. Once it all comes together, what can't this man do.

The best we have is Grant to penetrate. But he is glued to the bench.

*Knicks fans buy Barnes a seat behind Knicks bench*
*Barnes ends up in an altercation with Fish during game*
*Fish gets Tech'd out of the game*
*Rambis takes over and wins the game*

If I was Phil I would cut Lance Thomas. I don't care about oh he works hard ..blah, blah,blah...the dude CAN'T play! What does he do exceptionally on the floor? His defense is mediocre, you could probably get better defense from CleAnthony. And in this game, DWill played better defense than him yet he received lesser minutes than Lance.

Lance Thomas is killer are season, but I guess it's not his fault fisher has man crush so sickening I'm not saying d will saves are team, it's just that second the team we had in pre season first game was our team minus arron who puts our team in the playoffs but guys it's always something it's the knicks now are coach has the big head pride thing going on...come on Phil you the man right??? Didn't watch the game (not on purpose ) really fisher? We got hell of lucky with Gallo not the same with Lance and Lou 10 day contracts for life not 6 man close game ballers damn!
