We're going to get blown out by the warriors now. Not watching. This is a dumpster fire

but at least I will be rewarded since i bet the under this season

It's not entirely his fault. He contained him in the first half and Hollins made absolutely no adjustments when Cousins got going. Meanwhile, teams double Brook constantly.

It's getting harder and harder to justify the things Hollins does. I won't deny how much effort he gets out of these guys but he's starting to lose games for us.

Instead of instructing pick and roll, he tells Brook to go onto the block when he cannot pass effectively or post up properly.

Also, Brook can't pass out of a double when nobody is trying to get open. Usually when a big man is doubled, someone makes a direct cut where the secondary defender is cheating off of. So, there should've been someone cutting directly through the lane whenever Acy and Cousins started double teaming Brook but instead everyone just stands there doing absolutely nothing but watching. Just absolutely low IQ basketball.

There's no fixing it until July but for now? Let's start with benching Tragic Johnson.

Brook didn't play very well at all but the reality is we win this game if Joe showed up alot earlier. Brook will clearly be outmatched by much more athletically talented players at his position but if we have a guy making 24 million and is supposedly "a leader" he should be able to step up. Declining or not.

thats just too much to ask or expect from joe.

and as far as guys making 20 million who were named leaders, that falls on lopez these days.

joe's days of being an effective player and someone who can shoulder a load are over. he should be in a 25 mpg bench role. but here we have so little talent he has to start and create shots

but he isnt. and he wont be in the future. thats really the only thing seperating him from being a top 20 player. the competitiveness and drive to want to be the best

once cousins was able to get his outside shot going it was over for nets, this opened up everything. nets should of doubled cousins and given different looks cause brook does not have foot speed to stay with cousins. hollins needs to double team players, and teach brook how to pass out of a double team. plus sloan and brown should be playing.

Ellington has been such a disappointment, not that anyone could expect big things from him, but he should be someone that would play solid smart basketball. Get his feet set and be ready to hit the open 3 pointer(instead all too often takes a dribble to shoot a long 2) and especially not make dumb mistakes.

This play is just so ridiculous...

The Kings were about to have a turnover for an 8 second violation and he goes and fouls. And then he was the guy inbounding the ball, but maybe it's harsh to blame him there.

Lopez went from super efficient on offense, to struggling badly... but all the while he has improved his defense for the most part. He did a good job on Cousins for a long time, then he started hitting from everywhere and it opened up everything.

And yeah, you'd expect more action from the coach. The Nets only took one timeout at the end of the third quarter, after Cousins had already put up like 19 points. Making Rondo look like Magic Johnson sucked too.

wayne elllington has been better than i thought except his offense is really struggling right now. his passing, defense, and rebounding is pretty decent for a 6 foot 4 guard but he looks confused in this offense right now.
