I think they're just in a storm compounded by Harden and Brewer and Lawson playing poorly at the same time. Mix in a couple injuries and extremely hot shooting by opponents and this is what we get.

Denver just got blown out last night. Go figure.

Rockets are getting tons of paint points but yeah the 3 isn't falling and they don't have much else except drive to the rim. No midrange pick n roll. Defense is scattered.

If Lawson can get more control of the ball, I think that will help a ton.

cant get open 3s cause they want us to drive inside the paint, sure we get quite a few pts in paint, but we miss bunnies alot too. with a steady low post presence who can get us pts inside, this should open up our guys on the perimeter for open 3s. if u noticed, we don't get open looks out there at 3pt line...usually the guys are getting a hand in their faces...when we do get open looks, we miss alot of them(no real shooters)..hmmm ariza.
