He played 20 first half minutes. Needs a breather at some point.

I agree, guys have to make shots, period. But RJ is the initital cog that sping in our offense. If he isn't looking to push the ball, we're looking for opportunities against a set defense every damn time.

I have criticized RJ plenty. You make it sound like im an RJ homer or something. I agree he has areas to improve in but attacking me just because I pointed out to the people who NEVER give the guy credit how many EASY assists who would have if our other guys could knock down a layup or wide open shot is a bit much.

i wonder if there's a stat for "quality of pass". RJ's passes haven't exactly been on the money, not that its a excuse. But catching a pass in the pocket vs behind you or to the right, i know for a fact affects your FG% for spot up shooters.

for record

KCP,SJ and Illy hav missed probably 7 shots set up by RJ in which i would expect a NBA starter to make. *disclaimer

Definitely not. The reason we are struggling yet again is because we can't shoot the ball. It's been the story all season.

Yup. Marcus chucking and missing is one of the bigger issues in this bad run. He's been killing a lot of possessions.

I addressed your juvenile assumption about people's motivation behind criticizing Reggie. He deserves to be criticized. They all do. He's the point guard going forward and the highest paid at 80 million dollars, so he's inevitably going to be the focal point of people's disdain.

Do y'all expect Stan to take jumpers for us or something? Players have to be held accountable.

we still haven't had a blowout win (that blazers games i wouldn't really count). A game where we take control of the game from the beginning or at least the 1st half. These guys just need some confidence and be able to bounce back from bad games. It'll come throughout the season I think, especially when Jennings is back, who I think matured a lot last year.

Kind of sad to watch Kobe struggle so much.

Yeah I'm really starting to question Stan's coaching here. Last game of a road trip you go all out. Gundy has all bench on the floor after he stated clearly he won't do that again.

I'm just more confused then angry. I'm angry alright, just more confused. It's like he wants us to lose this game.

Which is foolish. Since when does money determine why our team is struggling? By that logic Jennings should be the most criticized because he's making 9mil and hasn't contributed a thing. The focal point should be on BASKETBALL reasons as to why we struggle.

Bullock might not be scoring much but I like what he's done out there today.

Larry Nance Jr. looks like a decent prospect

Return to Detroit Pistons
