The Pacers today tweeted out that Stuckley and Hill are both questionable for the game against the Bulls on Monday night. What would our back court look like if both of them are unable to play? Would Joe Young make his debut? We don't have much depth at the guard position. Thoughts?

Re: Lineup vs. Bulls
I assume Young would get some minutes, but I'd also expect Ellis to play a lot along side CJ or GRob.

Pacers just tweeted out an update: Stuckley and Hill both out for tonight. Should see Joe Young.

Not that us Pacers fans didn't know it before, but this game (so far) is a great example of how much Hill means to our team. The offense looks horrible without him out there. Some guys look legitimately lost, though to be fair one of those guys is Jordan Hill who I don't think has ever looked not lost.

Right. I am so tired of hearing we need to replace GHill with a "true point guard".

Re: Lineup vs. Bulls
The poor start killed the Pacers, they were never able to get back into it and were always fighting back from the start. Chase Budinger provided zero points which did not help at all. It's good to see the Pacers fight back however and never quit. Chicago is a tough team on their court and when we were down big early, it would of been easy for the Pacers to just check out, considering they were missing George Hill and Stuckley.
Can't win them all, the game wasnt pretty but team showed great desire and will at the end to get back in. Credit to Jimmy Butler for the last second block on PG. We had the ball with 5 seconds left and gave it to PG... more times then not that results in a bucket.

Re: Lineup vs. Bulls
It was an interesting game and a real test in reverse for the value of George Hill, he came out on top... as I have said before - there is an odd balance in this team and there is still work to do on the roster, today proved just that.
Joe Young was caught in the bright lights like bambi, can't blame him, these were his first minutes (if I am not mistaken?) certainly his first in a moment of need. He needs quite a bit of rub before he gets NBA ready it seemed. Ellis running the point isn't a big problem, but it skews the rest of the team, today we had PG13 on the 2, Budinger on the 4 to start with and we looked awful - basically there was no structure and balance in the team. Still not convinced of the value of Budinger on this team at all and, in my opinion, Mahinmi had a DREADFUL game defensively, the number of times the paint was wide open that first quarter was disgusting for a team that prides itself on D.
Still, we were very unlucky to start with 2 guards out, including the engine of the second unit and we made it into a close game so mentally this team is certainly in a good place. I do like, despite moaning at Bud and Ian, the experience and never-say-die attitude that exists in the team.
Final thought: I missed Lance for the first time today.

Vogel is Dutch for Bird.

I wasnt able to watch, but I flipped on the game and saw that Solomon Hill was getting some burn.

He had recorded 2 minutes of play before last night. Though, certainly, the last part of your quote is absolutely true.

Went to this game last night. I'll be the one to say that bud sucks he needs to be out of the rotation no way he should've started. I fully believe we would've won this game with G Hill playing

That trade from the get-go was strange. Was difficult to find too many fans who approved that Budinger trade.
