The Wizards beat the Orlando Magic for the 10th consecutive time. Now, Washington will be tested yet again by the Milwaukee Bucks. Washington did beat the Bucks earlier this season but Milwaukee did not suit up Jabari Parker and John Henson.

The Wizards will need to play good defense and protect the boards against Antetokounpo and Parker

Can the Wizards get their spread offense going yet again? Kris Humphries had 5 3s and scored 23 points and Garrett Temple had 18 points. Perhaps John Wall will get more open looks if Bradley Beal returns from a shoulder injury.

If Beal returns, that could mean less minutes for Kelly Oubre who showed signs of being a productive role player

Keys to the game

- The Wizards are going to have to knock down their open 3s. Humphries, Temple, Dudley, and Neal shot a combined 10/18 from 3 point range. And there is room for improvement for players including Wall and Porter who are shooting 26% and 24% from 3 respectively.
- The Wizards will likely need to play better defense. The last time these teams met the Wizards gave up 113 points as the Bucks shot over 50% from the field,
- Wall needs to limit his turnovers. So far this season he is averaging over 4 per game.

Awesome game thread video and comments, Kanyewest!

After the win over Orlando I'm stoked. Parker and Henson and revenge in mind on the Bucks motivation should make for quite a game.

Can't wait!

I hate this match up. Monroe and Middleton are both Wizard killers. Giannis is such a tough guard for Otto, he neutralizes ottos length with his own. Hopefully Beal is back for this one, he's the main reason we won last time.

I've never thought much of Jabari Parker. I don't see him being able to defend 3s or 4s consistently. I also think his skill level is just good... it doesn't stand out at the SF position.

Remember the years a lot of people, including TheSecretWeapon, never thought much about Zach Randolph?

You know how some people forget about Carmelo's NCAA title at Syracuse, and they forget Knick teams just a few years ago with over 50+ wins? Yet, they don't think Carmelo can ever win.

I think Parker is going to become like Carmelo and like Charles Barkley IF he can become an elite scorer/rebounder.

Parker has elite talented teammates, and if he blends in they WILL become great. Dat, the teammates need to defend like a Pippen or Rodman or Draymond Green or Klsy Thompson.

Jabari IMO might be the Mark Aguirre. Carmelo and he can win with the right mix around them.

I highly doubt the Wiz are gonna play Beal in this game. If he suits up I'd be surprised.

Our next game isn't til Sat so they'll want to hold him out the extra couple days.

If Beal misses this game, that tells me his injury was more serious than just a shoulder contusion. Two weeks off?

Gonna be flipping channels between Wiz and Terps.

Not loving our chances tonight though. We only won in Milwaukee because of Beal's late game heroics(along with Wall). Now we're without Beal and I don't see Hump hitting 5 3s again.

Parker would of won ROY if he didn't get injured last season guaranteed.

Parker's out again - this time with a sprained foot. So expect Middleton more at the 3 than at the 2. MCW came off the injured list last game, so he's healthy now - part of the Bucks' wildly inconsistent backcourt.

I see what Dat's saying about Parker, and I tend to agree. He's actually gained some muscle weight - at a little over 240 lbs, and I'm wondering if he can stay at the SF position. In today's era of the stretch 4, eventually he likely will be a 4 - and his defense there will need to improve. He could be like Melo, but Melo was ahead of the pace that Parker's at, so Parker's got a long way to go to earn that comp.

Like Higga, I'm going to be changing stations every few seconds between this and the Terps game.

You act like he can't play HE can ball higher ceiling than Giannis.

When did I say he can't play? I think he can be okay. I just don't see stardom, he's so far behind Carmelo skill wise... the guy he's often compared too. I'm certain he's not a 3 long term and I question if he'll ever defend adequately enough to truly be worth his supposed offensive value.

I think there's no question on who's the better prospect. Giannis is a 6-11/7-0 freak of nature with crazy length & athleticism, Parker is a doughy skilled cat that knows how to play. Give me Giannis every day of the week.

Imagining how good Gianis will be if he develops 3 point range. Zoiks is the word I was looking for.

No Beal = no win

Edit. It's official, no Beal according to Witt. We just need to keep turnovers under control and we should have a chance to win(not a great chance, but a chance). It would be great if good Wall made an appearance.

I hope Porter remembers how he got torched last time, if Beal doesn't play we'll need him big time tonight. I expect Gortat to play good as well.

Someone slash Gary Neal's car tires so he can't come and **** **** up as per usual.

The Bucks have what we don't, length and atheletes and they use it to make easy buckets in the paint.

Looong rest for Wall.
Always remember, my friend: the world will change again. And you may have to come back through everywhere you've been.
