Christmas impressing in D-League

Post#1 » by Grang33r » Mon Nov 16, 2015 5:54 am

I live in Rochester, NY, which is about an hour west of Syracuse so i got to see a lot of Rakeem Christmas in college. He came to Syracuse with a lot of hype, and after a slow start, he really became a force his last two seasons once he got in better shape. With the injury to Turner, Frank Vogel said the team may bring up a big men soon.... why not Christmas? It's only been two games in the D-League but he looks impressive so far:

Gm1- 24pts, 7 reb, game high +8
Gm2- 19pts, 9reb, game high +18

I'm not an NBA scout or anything, but IMO he's a NBA talent.

yet, Whittington has more time playing with our guys albeit in a different offense. might make sense to give them each a shot over the next month.

For sure, he sucked in the summer league so the Cavs traded him to the Pacers, I think you got something here.

I we can trade Solo for a pick, we'd have a roster spot for Christmas.
