Not worried about Porter carrying the play late in the game. That's what Wall/Beal are for. He's the glue guy that keeps everything else afloat in the middle portion of the game.
Otto Porter is way better way earlier than anyone would have predicted after his slow start as a rookie.
There were quite a few people here, including myself and I believe Dat who didn't get the pitchforks out b/c he struggled out of the gate. A lot of people just look at the box score and think that's whats going on. His rookie season was screwed up b/c of the hip injury, by the time he came back, it was like late December/early January. There was no way he was going to make an impact. The 2nd year, they brought in Pierce and he played sporadically, but it wasn't until the playoffs that he blew up. Now look at year 3. I've been watching this kid since his Hoya days, I will pound the table for this guy. He's a basketball player.
