Rooting for Manning to play through the injury.

This Broncos defense is probably the best in the NFL so I don't expect the offense to have a performance similar to the the one we had against the Rams. I think this might be most conservative offensive game we'll have so far.

On the defensive end, I think this can be our best defensive performance all season. I think they're gonna get up to play against Fox's old team.

Bears should win this and I think they do. I just have nightmares of a Brock Osweiler trying to show he can play lighting up the Bears' secondary.

Also, Cutler and co. are going to have to play pretty well vs. the Broncos' D.

idk if they "should" win this. They're playing the best defense in the league with a pretty banged up offense and they have to elite WRs and last time I checked, this defense has a pretty tough time guarding WRs. I wouldn't sell Osweiler short either. He was a second round pick for a reason and he's been learning from one of the greats and has a lot of help around him.

The Bears defense is 7th in total yards allowed this year. And we don't allow a lot of TDs. Outside of that abominable Lions game (abominable because the officials kept bailing the Lions out on third downs with terrible calls, and on that TD/INT) our defense has been damn good! Can't wait for Fangio to get some playmakers. We don't force enough turnovers and don't get enough sacks; that comes down to talent. He puts our guys in the right position on every play to get stops.

Strong safety blitz on 3rd down has hurt us on 3rd down . I wanna see how they adjust to that in the second half . We have done a good job of moving the ball against them we just need to get in the endzone .

I dont know what that kick returner was thinking letting the ball bounce in the end zone lol

Not kicking the FG on that 4th down came back to bite the Bears.

Exactly. Then putting themselves in the position to have to go for 2... which they then run, thus having one option vs. four.

I like this coaching staff, but Foxy did his best Trestman impression in this game. Puzzling indeed. Took another win off the schedule.

At least their final six games are all winable (and in no way am I saying they'll win 6. Just that they could beat any of the six teams left on the schedule). They could still make it interesting and use that momentum heading into next season when they actually should be competitive.

It wasn't originally set as a run play, but Cutler audible because he didn't like the coverage. Unfortunately, Bennett didn't catch it and missed his blocking assignment.

And there was nothing wrong with going for it on 4th down...can't complain about Fox being too conservative and then kill him for being aggressive.

You can kill Fox for taking points off the board when needed. No one was blowing anyone out in that game. Get the easy 3 and worry about the 5 (which would be at least 6) on the next possesion.
