What the heck is Skiles doing? How does Haris go from loads of 24+ point games with an average of 17 ppg last year with a high ankle sprain, to putting up nine-point games?

I'd say it's because of a lack of shots. Fournier has taken a bigger role in the offense, Oladipo has been taking and missing a lot more shots and Payton seems to be shooting more too.

Vuc is taking 3 less
Payton Is taking 2 more bricks
Gordon 2 more
and Fournier is taking like 5 or 6 more shoots

I just don't like seeing the body langue.. the I don't care attitude and as much as I hate to say this.. JV is a better coach right now than Skiles. JV was told to purposely lose.. Skiles has been told to purposely not lose and win and I at this point in the season do not like what I am seeing.

I think those close loses we had early has really damaged our team's mentality, confidence and desire to care much at the moment. All of those close games has really broken our spirit.

Skiles has a HUGE problem on his hands. We have talented players that have already given up in this early season. If something drastic does not change next game.. we are going to get crushed.

We are about to see how effective our new coach is. He is not supposed to lose games this season. I know he is searching and experimenting.. but we are about to find out how real of a head coach we have.

I'm on Scotty's and the team's side. I do not have a single favorite player on this team. If startes need to get pine in their asses and switch roles to a bench player - I have no problem with that. I want to win and I don;t care if we spend a billion dollars on a player.. if he sucks, bench his ass. We have a HUNGRY bench but a very soft starting line up

Post like these are ridiculous. JV is a terrible coach and Skiles is a fantastic coach. What you rather us get JV again? Lol. People need to calm down. This Cle team is one of the best in the league and went to the finals, they are clearly much better than we are and they have been almost unbeatable at home the last 30 games they played there, almost undefeated. They are playing really well and blowing people out so this loss is not shocking. When teams are shooting 18-35 from 3 you are not going to win. The other thing is that this team still needs a lot of time to learn to win and get out of the loser mindset, as well as learning to stick with the systems Skiles is trying to implement, its not going to happen overnight. This is still a very young team. One thing that we need to happen right away is that our guards need to shot better plain and simple. We can't have our starting guards shooting under 40% just can't continue like this.

I don't like Mark Jackson's personality, but in hindsight do you guys think he would have been a better coaching fit for this squad? There'd still be an emphasis on defense, but he would have allowed more freedom on offense with plenty of PnRs.

No. But I wish JB stuck around to help the offense.
