Batu7, were you kinda excited that roma was going to break your record(8-0 against liverpool) when it was 6-0? All my bjk fans were so hopeful barca was going to score more but they couldn't lol

well, De Rossi didn't play. He would have restored them some dignity.
But Juve probably have the best midfield with Pogba-Marchisio-Khedira, Khedira just hasn't been healthy enough and who knows when/if he will be. Pereyra is very important to the midfield too and he's also been out injured.

These group stage games have become an absolute borefest.

Hopefully, the knockout games will be better.

Wolfsburg-CSKA game was a great explanation why football iq is the most important thing that a team can possibly have. CSKA played an one sided game, especially in the second half, however they have players like Dzagoev, Doumbia and especially Musa who have minus football IQ. They wasted so many chances, couldn't create a lot more even though Wolfsburg defense was so shaky, couldn't make final passes. Combining the football iq of these three is probably not even quarter of Iniesta or Pirlo.

On the other hand, Wolfsburg that has a little bit of football iq played great and found two goals were created and scored by smart players.

In todays football, physical attributes are important but not as important as it used to be. Most important thing is a football iq. That's why Iniesta, Pirlo, Xavi are the gods of football in this era even though their physical attributes are not nowhere close to their football iq.

Sandro gets better each game he plays. That was one of Mandzukic's best halves of the season too. Juve are lucky Buffon came up big on the thru ball Marchisio sent to Aguero but other than a couple errors we look great. Let's finish this out, we need to be 1st in this group

It is amazing how mediocre United are. Wouldn't surprise me if they manage to fail in Wolfsburg as well and PSV take their spot.

Yes, you should be and you should bring out that 2nd half strategy you used against us to at least get that point at Sevilla.

We finally won one even though it was the worst of our three home games.
Still, we lost yet another winger(Traoré) and Schubert brought on Drmic to play in right midfield. :o
He tried very hard, but that's just not going to cut it and we either need to play Hazard or shuffle the lineup a bit.

I've always had a soft spot for Schürrle. The bloke is an old school German player. Not the prettiest but so damn effective and always performs in the big games unlike bottlers like Reus and Özil.
Dirk Nowitzki, Steve Nash, Kevin Garnett, Toni Kroos, Pep Guardiola, Ernst Happel, Joachim Löw.

6th round can become a real disaster for the Self named and self publicised "best league".

There are more than fair odds that 50% of their teams get screwed.
And some ( not much) odds that 75% of them go down and the remaining piece gets their anual trip to spain to be crushed -.
