WTF pathetic on Lakers mods.

You weren't warned last year, you were warned like 5 minutes ago for trolling the Lakers board and now you are here trying to bait me on another forum. Keep this up and you'll be on a short list towards RealGM ban.

MKL - you seem to be here only to pick a fight with a Lakers mod. If that is the case then please stop now.

I disagree that it was a panic move. This was an outrage move. This was the owner smiting his employees with Thor's hammer. In all of his years owning this team I have never seen Angry Les, and it does look scary.

As for the title, that quote is a huge pet peeve of mine. It's not original and it is not the actual quote! I know that Houston will never get away from it, but it just bothers me to see that misquoted over and over and over.

Where'd you see him being angry?
Morey 2020.

Q:How are they experts when they're always wrong?
A:Ask a stock market analyst or your financial advisor

McHale is gone, they're still putting up 30+ threes a night, and Dwight is still getting single digit attempts. Their problems go beyond coaching. Terrence Jones and his stupid haircut gets more shots than Dwight.

He was saying that he knew the team was going to lose going into the Celtics game and that if there is still laziness more changes will be made. Or something along those lines

Yeah, that's pretty much it. It sounds like a lot was said away from cameras & reporters that show that the old man is not a happy guy these days.

So the team gutted one out against the Blazers before falling right back into the muck. I don't think that J.B. is long for the team as the head coach if this keeps up. I know that Les said that this was his year, but I can't imagine that they are not working the phones right now for an established coach.

Is Morey taking any heat or has it been focused on the players/coaches?

OTOH, as I was saying, the beginning of the end came when McDimwitHell decided to pamper Harden and Dwight by going:

1. Harden wants the ball in his hand at all times? Give it to him
2. Dwight wants to post up even tho he's not young and sucks at it? Give it to him
3. Haren doesn't want to play D? Let him
4. Dwight doesn't want to play PnR? Let him
5. Harden doesn't want to play with a real PG? Bench that guy
6. Dwight doesn't want to play with a demanding PG? Bench the guy
7. Harden and Dwight want to be leaders even tho they are not high in leadership skills? Take out the other leaders and put in their friends and young players.

This stuff's gonna deteriorate fast. You pamper a LeBron/Kobe/MJ/Shaq/TD/Dream/KD, you still get results and wins. You pamper these two immature egotists, it might work for a bit but then you're gonna get a rotten downward spiral real fast. Not only do they develop bad habits, you alienate the other players and turn off potential star FAs. That is not how a team works; neither strategically nor motivationally. When those two perform at their best, it works OK; but inevitably, when they don't play well, it goes south real quick.

Starting a facilitating PG is the right idea but that ship has sailed; should have been done two years ago.

The Rockets are right to fire McDumbBell, it's just two years too late.

WTF pathetic on Lakers mods.

And it's OK when they themselves say it. Talkin' 'bout discriminatory double standard; power corrupts, ain't nothin new tho, human nature.

BTW Mr.E, you deserve a lot of thx for being such a good mod during those dark times (in contrast to the above). Also thx the other regulars for the nice debates and not being like CF. Adios! 8-)

Thanks for the honesty.
