Timofey Mozgov

Post#1 » by KingKyrie1 » Fri Nov 20, 2015 9:18 pm

So we all know he has a nagging knee injury and he has had a scope surgery on his knee to clean it up.
So I was concerned since the start of the season and I have noticed that his running form has changed, he is noticebly slower, he is way less mobile and it looks like he is kinda dragging his leg.
So I had to check back to see how he was running back at the start of last season and it's a night and day difference.
I'm really concerned since Mozgov used to run the floor so well and was so mobile for his size, I really really hope it's not going to stay that way.. it irritates me since I have no idea how it happened and why.

I don't want him to regress like Z did so early especially after we got him for 2 picks and just for 1 year.

God damnit, what are your thoughts?

Well now that he's going to be out for 10-14 days with his shoulder sprain, that gives him time to heal from his knee injury. You're right. He hasn't looked right all season long. I think he'll be fine eventually. He just needs time to recover and get in shape.

He's definitely not proving to be the 100 million dollar center people thought he should be. Idk man. I just wish we prepared to replace him next season.

I disagree, the last game proved we needed him.

The last game proved we need a center. I like Mozgov, I just don't think he's worth as much as other people do.

He's coming of a surgery, he in a funk and he's playing tight. It doesn't help that LBJ glares at Mozgov like he stole something every time he makes a mistake.

Yeah, I hate watching him right now and this team in general.
Lebron has saved this franchise for the next 3 years but might have ruined it at the same time.
What happens after he regresses or retires? Kevin Love can not hold a team by his own, he is not a dominant player / franchise player.
Kyrie is injury prone and I can not trust him to be a leader at the moment.
I wonder how we would have looked if we had kept Wiggins, Bennett(as a trade bait), Miami pick and the two 1st round picks we shelled on Mozov.
How would the Cap situation look like if we took away TT contract, Kevin Love, J.R Smith, Iman Shumpert and Mozgov if we have the cap space I bet any free agent wants to come to play with Lebron.
