Byron Scott logic on full display. I was wondering why Russell only played 26 minutes despite having a decent game; now I know why

I totally agree. Right now, Clarkson is a better point guard than D'Angelo Russell. We were better last season than this current season, partly because the ball has been taken from Clarkson's hand and put into Russell's hands. The team plays a fast, more aggressive and exciting offense when the ball is in Clarkson's hands and he is running the show. Russell does not set-up his teammates. He does not make their game easier, or create easy buckets for them. He can not penetrate, he does not drive and kick. This is why he has very poor assist numbers.
Still waiting to see this "great vision" I keep hearing about.

TOTALLY disagree. he's creating easy shots and making great passes all the time. crazy how different perspectives can be, haha.
