Hmmm... I don't have a good feeling for this game, for some reason. I THINK we might lose by 6.

That said, 10-8!

Can't slack against these guys, we had to rely on a big comeback and bench Oladipo and Vucevic the last game against them. Would really like to see Vuc look much improved vs Towns. Can't get punked by a rookie twice, no matter how good he is.

Hope they come out with some energy unlike last time we played them. 4 game winning streak and 10-8 sounds so good. Make it happen!

First game of the first west coast trip... A young Wolves team on the up and up.

Keep playing like you have.

Feed off home fans despair with every clock violation and offensive board.

Let Jason Smith steal Shabazz Muhammad's lunch again... and again.

Hound Rubio into another "meh" stat sheet.

Get the W.

Go Magic!

The three straight victories have come by a combined 42 points...

I thought I had done my math wrong, but it's actually this quote that's wrong! We are +52 over the last 3 games. 9 points, 24 points, 19 points.

He almost had a triple double last time we played them. 8 pts 12 rbs 12 asts although he didn't shoot the ball very well.

We had a lot of momentum after beating the overrated Bucks so I knew we'd beat the even more overrated Celtics, but this is one of those winnable games that's dangerous. Teams are going to start adjusting to our line up change and this is a big test of the mental fortitude of our guys. We need to punch them in the mouth first and not underestimate them.

Rubio was 2 points short of a triple double last time. Alfred just hounded the hell out of him. His sheet looked good though

I see Minnesota is 2-6 at home and 6-3 on the road. Part of that may be due to scheduling luck with Rubio out, but it kind of reminds me of our team last year that we were just talking about.

Payton completely outplayed him that game - one of those games where stats don't mean much. Timberwolves fans were gushing over Payton's defense that game. Still though, Rubio is like Payton in where he can shoot badly and still impact the game in other areas.

Hopefully he plays him tough again.

KG didn't play last game, could have a small but meaningful impact.

Who else didn't play last game? I know Vucevic definitely "didn't play" last game lol. I feel like Oladipo got injured this game? Idk

Evan and Elfrid did awesome tho.

This road trip is is one were we can come out with a winning record if we play our game .. but it's also one were we can really disappoint if we don't fire on all cylinders. If we can hit open shoots, play sound defense and secure rebounds & loose balls we can win this game. Go magic

In my opinion... this is the absolute most important game of the season so far.

If we can start out with a W on a 5 game road trip, the confidence level will be at its peak
