Kemba, Lin and Lamb are all averaging more than .9 PPP in the PnR as the handler (81st percentile and above). Cody Frank, and Marvin are each over 1.15 PPP in PnR as the roller (83rd percentile and above).
Charlotte is getting crushed on defense in PnR roller situations - dead last at 1.17 PPP. The good news? Frank is 100th percentile in PnR defense (#samplesizes) and each guard is 50th percentile above in handler defense.
Al Jefferson, worst pick and roll defensive big in the league.
Where do you find stats on that? On NBA.com, Jefferson is better than Batum, Walker, and Williams in opponents' Points in the Paint, as well as in second chance points. Apart from Daniels, Hansbrough leads the team in opponents' Points in the Paint, Fast Break Points, and Points Off Turnovers, as he did last year with Toronto.

I think you need to look at per 36 number or per 48 etc., since their playing time are different. Second that's the team number while the player was on the floor, since Kemba/Batum/AI play together a lot of min, thus it is not surprising that all of their number were not that great. The bench unit play better D, thus per 36 the best player with least Opp PITP is Hawes.
