Don't understand this comment, especially after what he did to us when we played him. Wade did same thing the other night, Patty mills did it last year against us. It happens all the time, but certain fans want to make it bigger than it is because its knight.

He has did it twice probably more but I don't watch the Suns much. All he had to do is hold the ball in game against us and in the Memphis game he could have just held it again. Your best players should not be making mistakes like this regularly.

WHAT!?

i believe he scored the last 7-9 points against us in the 4th???????? he was unstoppable even for KCP.

Also your right your best players shouldn't make those mistakes, but my point is, you'd be suprised how many "Best players" make mistakes or even decent players. Doesn't make him a idioit or any less of a player. Especially one still young. Furthermore, its not his fault PHX gave up a f* dunk to win the game.

Knight has consistently make bad mistake he whole career idk how your defending him. Who cares if he made shots when he's gifting teams the ball in tight games. At the end of the day you want the win not good stats for one player.

Knight is not soft. He always puts his body on the lane and tries to make plays where most players would just back off...and that's why he gets posterized so often. He's tough, and he's also fearless. He has several game winning shots, both in the pros and in college. Off the top of my head he had one for us against the Raps, and 2 others for the Bucks against Memphis/NY.

But, Knight is prone to choking. Not because he's afraid of the moment, but because his basketball IQ isn't the greatest and quite frankly he can be quite clumsy for someone as athletic as he is. But at 22/5/4 with elite three point shooting and good defense, any team would be glad to have him. 14 mil per is a lot but he's playing up to it and the cap is about to sky rocket.

Well first you call him a idiot, which he's obviously not. Then your ridiculing him for a mistake that superstars better than Knight also make. I am just pointing out your targeting him for some reason. Lastly knight didn't lose that game for PHX, PHX D did. At the end of the day, you can't give up a dunk to end the game.

Knight has a low bball iq is that better for you? If he didn't turn the ball over in Detroit they would have had a W. If he didn't turn it over in MEM they would have had a chance to win in overtime. The dunk probably never happened.

i think his bball Iq is fine , i think his problem as always is his lack of pace. He goes 1 speed, and rarely uses hesitations. He has slowly progressed. I think another problem is that he's never been properly coached. I remember watching him and i still see him as a player that is raw. Much like Dre had to be molded into a center, Knight needs to be molded into a pg.

then your cherry picking a moment in a 48 minute game, which isn't the best argument. Also he has a couple game winners, but thats not brought up in this discussion. Also he didn't turn the ball over he shot a fade away 3 against us.

Listen knight has done somethings that would cause me to ridicule him , blaming him for a late TO is not one of them, especially since its such a common mistake made by scrubs and superstars alike. Furthermore he didn't give up the dunk. Idk what you have against him. i am just pointing our your targeting him a bit here.

Not going to lie, but it fills nice seeing the 76er's situation and being a postition to say "i told you so". Its so funny that Sixers fans immediately come to hinkie's defense when posters try to use common sense as to why hinkie's plan isn't working. I guess that's what we looked like when joe d was our GM.

We were never that delusional. We were delusional, but not to the sixers level.

What honestly is the sixers plan, "keep sucking until they happen upon the next great NBA player in the draft.....even though they don't seem to actually have a plan, plan".

Errr....

We were pretty close to that delusional. The Ben Gordon and Charlie Villanueva signings had overwhelming support on these boards, and the Josh Smith signing was rather popular too.

I was against those and even I underestimated just how awful they would be.

Soon as I saw Jerry Colangelo's name, knew the 76ers made a smart move.

I just love the fact that they are openly tanking, they just don't care.

We had something of a "plan" though. Sixers have been employing players that should never have made an NBA roster these last couple years.

3rd team in 2 years ready to dump Lance Stephenson. Good defender, capable 3rd/4th option and is shooting over 40% from 3 this year but nobody wants to touch the guy. Overpaid, but a team option for next season. Guy must be a giant a-hole for nobody to want to play with him.

There was a LOT of negativity revolving around the BG and CV signings. BG people hated because we just extended Rip, but at least there was some hope he could be a mini-Microwave for us. CV pretty much got destroyed on this board for his lack of defense. A few people defended the move or, like me, took a "let's give it a chance" approach but there was definitely not some overwhelming feeling of support or optimism on this board.

JSmooth was a lot more polarizing. That one basically came down to talent vs. fit. Again, a lot of people viewed it much the same as the BG signing; a redundancy of talent at a position of relative strength with Moose at the 4. IF we had traded Monroe for a 3&D SF and ran with Smith/Dre up front things might have gone a bit different, but trying to force him into a square hole was never a good idea.

There are always a few fans on every board who go a little nuts, but I definitely don't think the majority of the board was delusional over any of those moves. I think we went way more crazy with the Stuckey hype early on in his career. Or the (insert random rookie) hype. Every 2nd round pick is a future starter in this league. And Arnie could make any injury history a non-factor and evidently was filling gatoraid bottles with water from the fountain of youth. Give us all your hobbled, aging vets and watch us win the championship.

I like SVG a lot, but I'm pretty sure we could've swapped MOnroe for Otto Porter, we could still have Illiyasova,

drummond-baines-anthony
Smith-Illiyasova-tollivef
Morris-porter-bulocks
kcp-s johnson-meeks
jackson-jennings-blake

Looks better though.
