We need to keep our turnovers down and play good defense and we should win

Our first real opponent since playing Cleveland. Hopefully our hot shooting keeps up, and Drummond dominates the paint with Al Jefferson out. There's no reason Dre doesn't finish with 20/20 against that small front line. Well, except the refs. They're his biggest opponent every night.

Win the rebound contest!!! We usually win when we rebound the ball that much. Drummond needs a 20+ rebound game. Yesterday he played super efficiently. Barely any post ups and still monster numbers with limited minutes. Guy is incredible. Tonight? I want Zeller to get erased. I want a poster dunk on him. It would make me really happy. You got KCP on Walker and Morris on Batum. We match up well against them. Biggest question, how will our bench show up? Last night, 35 pts. That's not bad at all but it's also because of foul trouble and more playing time. This game is a big one! But it's not the end of the world if we don't win it. We're away. Won the past 4 games at home. Charlotte is a good team as well. No Jefferson? Drummond needs to be at his best tonight. Win the rebound battle, win the game!

Dre hasn't played as good on the 2nd of back-to-backs, but hopefully that rest late game will have him with fresh legs tonight. He, as on many nights, is going to be the big key to the game. He's going to need to control the paint and hopefully not get forced out by some of Charlotte's shooting bigs off the bench.

One of the main reason's Charlotte has played so well this year is their execution. They have the lowest number of TOs per game at just 12.3 and they also rarely foul... teams barely get to the line against them, as they are second only to the Spurs in fewest fouls committed per game.

Kemba is sick, he might be out of tonight's game but I doubt it.

This is gonna be a really tough game. It could be a bad loss or a tough win. We'll see what happens. I like Charlotte. I thought they were overrated but with that roster, they're doing something right so far this season. I'd like to see how they play.

This is an interesting game. Detroit has one of the best starting group's in the league yet they also have a historically bad bench.

If the bench plays well the Pistons win. If they play as usual, the starters are going to have to be even better then #2 in the league.

Couple of wierd things; Pistons are a super young team, and have only played 21 games together so far yet they only turn the ball over a little over 14 times a game. The Pistons are also somehow the worst shot blocking team in the league.

Just realized Drummond is the only player in history to avg 18 & 17 in less than 35 mpg.

Charlotte's strength is they have one of the league's best benches, but if Kemba, MKG and Al are all out then that negates that advantage. Look from Drummond to have 20/20 tonight and play him in Draftkings, Charlotte has been anemic on the boards lately. Charlotte's chances on winning hinge on Batum being on fire and scoring 30 points

Hornets defense is misleading. They can't defend inside at all but in today's nba nobody ppounds the paint anymore so the hornets look like defensive gurus. They just limit fouls and contest shots and never crash the glass in favor of transition D.

Interesting. That plays right into Detroit's hand. Drummond should smash them in the paint then and Jackson does most of his work in the paint too. I think we match up really well with CHA.

Wow if Walker is out too then this better be a win. If we lose, it will be as disappointing as losing to the Nets.

The biggest challenge will be keeping Lin and Lamb from launching open threes constantly. Hornets can bury you with threes if the wings, mostly Batum and Williams, are hot. The only big to worry about is Kaminsky, Hawes and Zeller can't shoot so you just limit their gimmicks and effort points.

I say we defend them like the end of the PHX game. Keep Dre in the paint. If their C beats us from 3 so be it. Can't allow their whole team to penetrate and pass for 3s though.

I don't think they have a Deandre or Blake. Probably more of a Lopez and Joe Johnson. It would be worse than lsing to the Clips.

Charlotte could be playing without their starting C and PG. We need Drummond/Reggie to take advantage of that.
