I just want some stud relievers in D.C. If we have to throw out the likes of Casey Jansen again I'm going to shoot someone.

Dodgers trade for Fernandez, that means he and Kershaw are free agents in 2018.
Just LOL at how much that would cost to re-up both of them.

I'll take Carlos Carrasco for sure.

I'm aware.

The Dodgers can match that or beat that and he's worth it for the 5 years of control.

Well, he's certainly not worth one of them. I'd imagine they'd take one of them + a farm arm and you guys just don't have the sexy name down there. The Dodgers do at every level and they have assets at the major league level.

His talent level? His contract? The Ballparks our teams play in?
His options in 2019 and 2020 are worth $9 million.

Zobrist to the Cubs for 4 years.

Starlin Castro to the Yankees is done.

They finally have a second baseman who can bat over .200.

Shelby Miller to the D Bags with no Pollock in the deal.

Dback's gave up Inciarte, Blair, and Swanson (1st overall pick) I'd say that's a lot to give up lol.

Just saw that.

Thought it was Enciarte + filler…not their top shelf stuff.

A good buy low in Castro. Only 25. Nice pick-up.

Yep, that's a great trade for the Braves. The DBacks have been quite generous to us in the last few years. And I'm happy Miller will get a chance to compete for the playoffs. It was tough watching him pitch well and pile up all those losses last season.

Great trade for the Braves! I'd take Swanson, Blair, and Inciarte over just Pollock.

That front office with Stewart/LaRussa & crew aren't exactly viewed as analytically driven. More old-school types. When you take into account that Inciarte had a higher WAR last year than Miller alone. He Decides to throw in his top pitching prospect & the 1st pick in the draft. Yeah, I'd say that's not exactly doing your job.

History shows the Greinke deal will blow up in their face. They might contend next year, but long term, I doubt it.

Diamondbacks are gonna be this years Padres.

Braves are just completely tanking. They may as well trade Freeman at this point.
