Plenty of words can be used to describe how teams play under coach Scott Skiles: gritty, scrappy and tough, to name a few. The latest win from his Orlando Magic was more ugly than anything.
Skiles' former team was just content to finally earn a victory any way it could.
The Magic look for their seventh win in eight games Wednesday night when they visit a Phoenix Suns team hoping to rebound from a bumpy road trip.

The Suns have won three of four in this series but have lost three of the last four in Phoenix.
While Orlando has won three of its last four road games after opening the season 2-5 away from home, Phoenix has lost its last three at home following a 5-2 start.

Would really be happy with a win here. But realistically 3-2 is good for a 5 game trip.

But 4-1 would be better so let's win.

Well on the bright side we didn't seem to use much energy last night.

We needed to go 3-2, we've gotten there, now we need to be better and get this W. We're going to get torched from 3 if we're not careful.

We're on a downward slide at the moment (hustle/play wise), just like the tail end of the first 10 games.

Nice game thread once again. Contain their guards best way possible. They're literally the only thing good about this team (I've watched a few of their games this season). Our bench needs to dominate theirs, we have the advantage on that front. This might be the toughest game on the trip but one I feel we can get if we just play with a little more energy than yesterday. Let's finish 4-1!

This one is going to be super tough... their back court is like a Westbrook & Durant super light... they could easy drop 30 points each on us if we are not careful... this game is either gonna be a super disappointment l for us or down to the wire ein for either team... hopefully we just play with energy and maybe come out with a W.. go magic

I'll be at the game 4 rows up behind the Magic bench. It should be funny hearing Skiles yell 3 all night lol.

Anyone got a update on Aaron? I know a lot of people from the U of A were going to the game just to see him.

If we give up a lot of 3s tonight and against Cleveland, I think the coaching staff will have to re-evaluate some things over the weekend.

Not the end of the world, but it'd be nice to play with energy and try to avoid it.
