Do you miss Kyle Singler?

Saw this on Reddit and had to share:

"Kyle Singler is the worst player in the NBA getting regular minutes. I've felt like his nightly turds have been going under the radar, so I just wanted to make more people aware. Awareness is the first step toward real change.
A quick recap of his season:

1. 193 minutes played, zero assists. Zero. In the Zero-Assist Club, JaVale McGee is in second in terms of most minutes played without an assist. He has played 45 minutes.
2. Shooting splits of 23.5/20/50. Those numbers don't even add up to 100. I know that's completely arbitrary and has no meaning, but still.
3. He has a -1.16 PER. He is currently the only player in the league with a negative PER. Sasha Vujacic has a positive PER. This is the lowest PER in NBA history among players who have played at least 150 minutes.
4. He's averaging 8.3 fouls per 48 minutes. Tonight, he had 4 fouls in 14 minutes played.
5. This summer, GM Sam Presti signed Kyle to a 5-year, $25 million deal. That deal runs through the summer of 2020, which sounds insane because it is insane.

This truly is one of the greatest all-time slumps for a random player and I hope that more people will now be able to appreciate it. "

Even when he was shooting 40+% from 3 here he still sucked. Had a slow release and ever time he put the ball on the floor it seemed like a turnover, plus he had slow feet on defense.

Singler got paid big time, OKC is so desperate for shooting.

We traded him and Augustin for Reggie Jackson. Never forget it!! OKC might have gotten Kanter out of the deal, but all we gave up was D.J. and Singler. One of the greatest trade heists ever?!?

Reggie is better than Kanter too. They can't even play him more than 20 min because he is so bad on defense. They should have did the Lopez deal instead.

Yeah, he was never more than a 8th-10th man caliber player but he completely fell apart this season. Terrible. Jerebko is sucking it up too. Kinda unbelievable that these guys were actually starters for us at one point.

I just don't understand how someone can play that many minutes without a single assist, you think he would of gotten at least one on accident.

Still can't figure why OKC even threw money at Singler like that. Reminds me of when Jerry West was forced by former Grizz owner Michael Hiesley to sign Brian Cardinal to that five year deal he had no business deserving. :crazy:

For a capitalist country, we have a talent for throwing our money away. :nonono:

Obviously, we made out great in that trade, but I'd rather have singler at backup sg right now than bullock or Hilliard. bullock is actually a -3.45 PER, but just hasn't played enough minutes to make the Worst list.

Singler is a horrifically bad fit for OKC though. They are basically 100% iso basketball and singler is the exact opposite. He needs to be in a structured offense to be at all productive.

That Josh Smith signing was garbage the second Detroit even announced the signing. :nonono:

Hell, signing Charlie V. and Ben (Bum Garbage) Gordan to long term deals was hella worse than that. I feel for yall Pistons fans when the ink dried on those deals.

Could be worse if you were a Knicks fan during the Isiah Thomas era. Those days were nightmares for days.
