Wish we took Mirza over the hot steaming waste that is the corpse of Channing Frye that we trot out there.

Slow down there now killer....

Haha, I like Vuc - just think Len would fit the Magic better. The Vuc/Frye thing is good for spacing but as you can see, you get a lot of missed rotations and slow footed recovery with them.

I'll chime in as possibly the biggest Tucker critic on here. I don't hate Tucker--I just hate him for this team and wish he was on another team and that we had a 2nd rounder instead. He seems like a good guy, but his value to this team's potential future (2-4 years from now when our youngins hit their primes) is almost nonexistant.

Tucker is a 1 way 30+ year old on a rebuilding team who hustles but isn't a leader who will teach the younger players the way that Chandler and to an extent Price is. He will likely have little to no impact to the future success of the core of the team. Why keep him? He has more value to other teams than he does us. His contract is only partially guaranteed next year, and we're bringing Bogdan over also.

Also, the play in question is most definitely his fault. He got the ball with 5 seconds left with a guy closing too hard at him, and instead of attacking the closeout for an open mid range jumper or a layup, he pump faked, gyrated for 3 seconds, and then threw up a prayer without using his dribble. He is offensively inept, and far from an NBA caliber player on that end. If you're going to praise his defense, you have to tell the full story of his offense, which is just truly awful. When the defense closes, Bledsoe is supposed to make that pass. The offensive player, and even bad NBA players, know to drive when help goes for a hard closeout. It's basketball 101.

He just retweeted a fan saying they were done watching the NBA until Archie played more. Probably deleted it. Frankly, I see nothing wrong with retweeting that. Probably just giving the fan love for being a big fan of his.

Archie should be getting Price's minutes. He was playing well before Booker took his spot.

Hornacek's scared for his job so he'll trust the vet more, but I understand Archie's frustration.

Neither of them should get minutes. Booker, Knight and Bledsoe can each take all those minutes, even if Booker spends a little time at 3.

Lol

Grow up man.
He retweeted an Archie fan's tweet. Nothing wrong with it.

Archie is crapped on too much in here its ridiculous. He wears a suns jersey and tried hard every night. He should be encouraged to keep trying hard rather being hated on.

Ronnie Price is reverting back to the mean, time to play Goodwin.

He may not be the next Wade, but he's not the next Price either.

I didn't get to finish the game, I fell asleep. Working graveyard shift has taken a toll.
Now, here's a question. When Chandler gets back do we keep Len in the starting lineup? He's been averaging like 11/8 in the last 5 games or so. Do we ease Chandler back into the starting lineup? I think Len has the capability to start on a lot of of teams in the league, and I like Chandler too, but this is a tough one.
I guess if we keep winning then we should continue to keep using what works for us.

The best thing about Len is that he is really tall and has long arms and he knows how to use that. He does no strange things other bigs do. So he just goes for the rim and he stands up on defense.
He also did a very good game against the Bulls, but the fouls kept him from playing more.

I believe we know are in a very good moment. With Kieff out of the rotation and probably gone the chemistry seems to be back. Guys are supporting each other. We need Chandler back to play Teletovic and Leuer for 48 minutes at the PF spot. I believe we would have two good players at each position, except for the PG spot, where Price is a clear step back, but I see Bledsoe and Knight are sharing the ball a little more and Booker is starting to reach some of his potential.

We should be running plays for Booker and it's really unbelievable he only had two attempts this game.

Knight and Bledsoe tend to have tunnel vision once they drive in the paint when they often have shooters at the corners wide open.

Well typically most teams only run set plays out of time outs, otherwise they play within the normal flow of the game. But our guards simply need to look for him. When you have one of the best shooters in the nba, there is zero reason to ever get two attempts.

Booker should be starting at the 2 and Knight should come off the bench but get the same amount of minutes he has been getting. The chemistry would be even better.
