They're also a few losses from being in the 2-3 range. It's a long season, can't hang on every Brooklyn win, especially against a team everybody beats anyway.

Really starting to look like 5 serious tank contenders. Kings, Blazers and above should win enough to not be too big a threat. Hopefully Pellies & Nuggets can pull things together a little to outpace BKN. I don't see how the Nets get below Philly & LAL though. Gonna need some ping pong ball luck.

Tough call on Minn vs Denver game tomorrow. Think Denver's good enough to be OK with Wolves win, but I dunno.

If the NBA Draft were held today, the Celtics would have these picks:

4...........Brooklyn, depends in end on lottery
15-17......Dallas, in a three-way tie
19..........Celtics own pick
31..........Philly
40..........Timberwolves
45-46......highest of Memphis/Dallas
53..........Miami
58..........Cleveland

Well obviously we want the Nets pick as high as possible but anything in the top 5-6 should be give us a nice piece to add to the team. Simmons and Ingram look like the class of the draft but Poeltl, Skal, Bender and Brown would all add something to the team even if they are raw.

Blazers, Pelicans, Nuggets win tonight. I haven't been worried about the Bucks yet, but they're looking like a lottery team right now and a threat to Brooklyn.

Big shakeup over at nbadraft.net moving potlel all the way up to 4 with bender skal and Murray all sliding down. If they can't get Simmons or Ingram I'm all for drafting a big body to eventually replace Amir

Seems like an appropriate move if these guys keep producing at current levels. Poeltl is checking off a lot of good boxes on the tall, skinny big man list I made on the draft thread. Wouldn't be shocked if that's the way they go. He's got good speed with his size and that's the way the lean for bigs, speed and skill.

GSW played 2OT game last night, hopefully the Bucks beat the **** outta them, both because I hate the GSW, and that I want the Bucks to NOT become comfortable with the idea of tanking the season should they slip further.

Bucks did play a game last night as well but theirs weren't nearly as exhausting.
