It would be hard not too if that's the price. Keiff has more all around talent and his contract is just great. He would be a nice defensive upgrade, He can't shoot the 3 as well as Illy but is still a threat from there and the best part is he can post up unlike Illy throughout a game as well.

Yup. The only reasonable argument for not wanting Markieff is that he isn't quite as good of a shooter as Ily is but.... He does everything else better. It's not like Ily is some sort of shooting savior for us either though. Ily is routinely riding the bench in favor of Tolliver at the end of games because Tolliver is a better defender. Markieff has actually been clutch at times too so I wouldn't mind at all if we replaced Ily with him. It just makes us a better team all around. Ily or a 1st rounder for Markieff is fair considering Markieff's current status with the Suns.

My reasonable argument is that he's a knucklehead and I don't want the Morris twins together. The only reason people even know he's available is because Phoenix is so upset over his attitude and the problems he's been causing because of if not with his brother. Seperating them was for the best. Now, Markieff is throwing a tantrum to get his way. He's childish and doesn't care about his team. I don't want that in our lockerroom. Especially one so young without a veteran presence.

You can chose to ignore it all you want, but it won't make it go away.

Bench defense is bad because Blake can't guard a pylon anymore and Baynes is a stiff. Basically all of the bench players are there for their offensive niche, outside of Joel Anthony.

Oh no, why didn't you say so earlier!? SVG needs to trade Reggie Jackson ASAP since he was a much worse malcontent than Markieff!..... Oh wait......

we traded essentially nothing for mook. Markieffs asking price isn't nothing. Again not apples to apples

Uh yes I do know that based on the fact that SVG actually traded for Marcus........ If he thought it was as big of a concern as you think then obviously he wouldn't have done it. Clearly he disagrees with you based on his actions. If anyone is making statements like they know what they're talking about it, it's you.

your consistently ignoring the obvious that we gave 2 unguranteed contracts for Mook , essentially trading away nothing for a "pereceived problematic " player. Markieff per reports will require a first round pick. THAT IS NOT NOTHING . SVG would agree if you were giving up nothing, since obviously Kieff isn't going to be had for nothing. SVG would clearly disagree in your scenario. he probably laughs you off the phone.

Listen if you want to keep living in this fanatasy world where Morris brothers don't have issues, then by all means continue to do so, In reality the twins have a past and its a risk especially when your giving up actual assets., no matter how you try to downplay it. Again if your so confident that "its just a one time thing" and "overexaggeration", then go post that bs on the PHX board and enjoy the lashing.

Battery assault charge/cussing out PHX fans/media VS PG that wants to be a starter on his own team

apparently making comparisons isn't quite as easy as it used to be. you have yet to bring a accurate one.

It's actually a perfect comparison except for the fact that Jackson's locker room problems were much bigger and more publicized. Jackson was considered by many to be a cancer and we still traded for him without hesitation. But whatever, I'm done with this conversation. Believe what you want.
