I really hope I'm wrong but I don't think we win this game. We're giving up wide open 3s to the Mavs either on pick and roll coverage or just their ball movement gets them wide open looks so I don't think our defense will be good enough to get the W. Plus the Suns players body language and effort tonight has been mediocre at best so far IMO which is leading to many dumb and idiotic turnovers as well.

Hope they prove me wrong and get the W though because like I said, next game is an L so might as well win this one to make up for it.

Well here is the product of our combo guard system. We are struggling to score because we live and die by our 1 on 1 guards. Nobody else gets involved on offense outside of them. If they are on great, it's going to be a good game and we have a chance, if not we have no chance to win. We NEED a deal PG for the love of God

He always goes out early in the 3rd, so he can play the full 4th. It's on Knight and Price to get good shots.

Hornacek completely out coached by Carlisle again.

This game was a replay of the first game of the season. Close in the 1st half and then destroyed in the 3rd QTR.

Disagree. IMO its on the coach to ensure his system gets run well and ball movement as it should be.

Mavs are completely staying on our 3 points shooters, and not rotating on help defense. They stay on their man on defense. We have been completely shut down from the perimeter making only 5 three pointers through three quarters.

Hornacek hasn't made any adjustment to counter this that I have seen.

This is exactly what the Spurs did earlier in the season to also shut down our perimeter game.

That was horrible on every level. Rarely see a team fall apart like that at the end of a quarter.

When Mirza is not hitting 3's, he becomes the worst liability because of his poor defense.

Our backcourt does a good job scoring wise but it almost always get s**t on by the other teams backcourt too.

Mavs backcourt is made up of players that were thrown away by their former teams like Deron Williams and Raymond Felton and yet these guys are playing like their star players.
