with all due respect to kareem, he already knows how to shoot a sky hook.

One, he doesn't. Two, if he does, why doesn't he shoot it?

he does.

and he has.

he needs to get stronger.

The only player we have that can consistently break down the defense and get him and easy look down low is our 6'8" PF. Most bigs have guards that do do that for them, our team doesn't.

Besides, it's been known from day 1 that his inside game is his weakness on offense. He did most of his damage on the perimeter in Europe. All of the traditional big man stuff is a work in progress. He's 7'3" and a gymrat, all of that will develop.

Well said. Imagine what a summer of tutelage under Hakeem Olajuwon would do.....

I would like to see a lineup of KP/Melo/Lance/Galloway or Afflalo/Grant play for 4-5 minute stretch in a late 2nd or 3rd qtr.

I do understand why Fish has cut his minutes. Grant hasnt played well on both ends whenever he has played as of late. But id rather see him work through those mistakes than see Sasha get minutes. I want to see a lineup that can get fastbreak pts and just change the pace of the game. Grant can do that and we need to build his confidence.

Hold on. KOQ should not be our starter. Instead he is great to spark from the bench.

I bet the other 4 would all have way better fg% with him starting. He at least doesn't sit isn't the paint killing the spacing. We go small with the bench unit anyway. RoLo won't prevent them from doing what they do

Step 1 is to play him more there and take advantage of all the mismatches. It should make everything easier.

And keep letting Arron play with the 2nd unit to start the 2nd qtr.

Our bench is obviously inconsistent and they do have trouble scoring. Afflalo playing with them makes a difference. AA can be a little more selfish and look for his shot more.

For all those who want to start KOQ.... He would foul out by the 3rd quarter. He's not nearly disciplined enough to play over 30 minutes consistently

Man if we could get a legit point guard in here and let Galloway start at the 2, AA's old man post game would eat 2nd units alive

Also not understanding the hate for Rolo today, I think he made some quick decisions with the ball in his hands and didn't post up too much for his own good. He was kinda at fault though for letting Towns get off from 3 which sparked the comeback. Sidenote I yearn for the day we can get a floor general like rubio on the Knicks. He may not be able to shoot but, he keeps teams on their toes with his passing ability/iq and defensively I'd say he's top 5 as a point guard. Exactly what we need

I definitely think Phil understands that we need another guard. Especially with JG not playing. I expect a trade.

2 rebounds, 1 assist, 5 fouls, killed spacing, and got eaten by Towns
