Rondo/Ross/Gay/WCS/JV is not that bad of a rebuild. Plus NY pick and their own lottery pick in a deep draft. not a bad start at all

As per Ross v McLemore, I think McLemore is better than Ross and has more upside, and Ross is a bad contract. But maybe he can restore his value to a better state and help the Raptors in the future

I agree with you but to play devils advocate I think Ross fits better in that presented line-up due to his 3pt shooting and McLmore could be that Ginobli like player off the bench.
