No one is more defended than Derrick Rose. Going Clubbing when his team loses in playoffs, its about life after basketball, accused of rape, its about 2017 free agency, its not my job to recruit, only plays hard on national tv now, quitting in the playoffs.

thee hell?

The HEAT were in the club with the Mavs after they won the title in Miami.

K.C. Johnson isn't reporting this stuff about Butler if Butler himself doesn't go on record after the game. I'm assuming you know the difference between the two scenarios and are simply being facetious.

Actually they should not have done this. It is just as asinine as Jimmy crap. It is called escalation. You fine him and let him know thius would not be tolerated.

This is just as childish. MK this leads down a dark path.

Conspiracy Theory:

Pau shot his mouth off after the 4OT game.

Fred asked him to take a game off and cool down.

Jimmy doesn't like it and uses the media to get back at Fred.

Still, the wrong move Jimmy.

This explains why Jimmy wasn't in Napa with the team sipping wine. "Hollywood" Jimmy Butler ain't got time to hang out with those softies.
I'm not here to argue.

What BS

People on here were criticizing Rose for GETTING ELBOWED in the face.

And did you forget the meltdown on here when news broke out he was missing the GS game? Even though he played the next game.

If Rose said what Butler said, it'd be a nuclear bomb on here.

Why does thread say FO goes nuclear on Jimmy? I didn't see anything about the Front office commenting on this.By reading I thought maybe they were going to fine Jimmy or something.Honestly maybe they should.

Really makes you wonder about Jimmy's thought process in resigning here.

Many at the time read into those rumors that he might not want to come get locked up here.

Perhaps he was in doubt, but once he decided to stick with it, he made up his mind that to do so, the team was going to have to go a new direction. The Jimmy Butler direction. And this is all part of the struggle to make it so.

One that will either be tumultuous for a while, but end up resettled for the better, or one that could blow up the team, even to the extent of trading our best player.

What did Pau say after the Pistons game?

Doesn't sound like Pau.

He was just super tired and is really old. KC's tweet was he wanted to play. Team ordered day off for the old vet.

Indeed. There may have been a time years ago when Rose was heavily defended by many people, but those days are long gone.

Jordan never fully understood basketball. He had the lowest basketball IQ of any NBA "superstar" in history.

Reminds me of Melo-Gate. Get the deal first, you can always get a trade after.

Knicks would probably do a deal centered around Butler for Melo, but that's about the type of losing offers I think we'd get.

QFT. You are an exceptional thread-person to be able to see both sides are now both counterproductive forces for the Bulls this week.

Exactly. KC Johnson wrote a piece and of course it must be that the FO put him up to it. Like when the New York times writes an anti-gun piece after a mass shooting it is obviously because Obama gave them a ring and sent them the write-up, correct?

The whole title of this thread is now sensationalist and off-base. Butler didn't mention Thibs; in fact he said "this has nothing to do with the past 5 years"; and the front office has made no comment on the situation.

Butler is our best player and we're all clearly big fans of his, but let's call a spade a spade. He's acting like an entitled ass.

Sure, but I thought we weren't supposed to air dirty laundry in the press. Team unity and all that concern for. But the FO can do that all they want. Blatant double standard.

All Bulls related information is OWNED by the Bulls.

This is precisely why.

If someone goes rogue, that information is then used to counter the narrative.

It's the correct approach.

That is a great way to leading to a meltdown. You discipline him. You do not have a public pissing match. I at least got the Thibs thing.

If you want to move Jimmy do not get into a public pissing match. This solves nothing. How in the Hell does it help create a better environmernt.

People are making this into a giant thing.

Jimmy called out the coach for not getting on players for playing lazy and unmotivated AND EVEN INCLUDED HIMSELF IN IT. I will say cursing out a coach is not a good thing but its probably 80% in the league. Y'all get on Jimmy and want to trade him for a guy that curses out coaches in Cousins. Nonsense.

A whole bunch of players have talked about the issue of we will get tired of losing and no one is doing.
