Dragic
Bosh/Green
Wade

- Dragic kept us afloat all throughout the game.
- Bosh was solid & Green hit some well needed shots including one that got us the lead.
- Wade simply finished it off in the 4th beautifully.
If u don't want 2b here, the way things work, u don't like it, then don't b here. U have 2 stand on something. If Miami ain't standing on something, they become alot of these organizations trying 2 find their identity. This is the culture, bro -Wade

To be short...Whiteside played almost 38' had 15+/- and made the ft's! Wade, Bosh, Dragic ..yes played nice, but its what we should expect from them. Now if one of them would have 30+ game, then ill vote for the POG. As for but kicking, tell me who didnt get his but kicked on def last night?

No !

We started that last quarter without Wade and Dragic. We were down by 5.
When they get back, we were + 2
During that last 6mn, Dragic made a 3 when he was killed by an average PG who scored 10 points.
Lucky us, Wade was back and made his shots (14 points).

So yeah Dragic scored 22 points but he finished with a -1. His defense is very suspect to say the least. I dont know how he could be on that top 3 and kept us afloat when the game was on line...

We played better as a team when Wade and Dragic were out (check the last quarter)

YES!

I'm talking about the ENTIRE game for the most part not just the 4Q. Listen to what the commentators were saying about Dragic - they stated how he was keeping Miami alive.

The 4Q wouldn't have mattered if you didn't have Dragic playing solid throughout the game. I don't think anybody can refute this.

Furthermore the +/- is stats for geeks. Vucevic played a hell of a game. He kept Magic competitive while we were going for our run yet he finished with a +/- of 0

Sorry he was completly useless in that 4Q where the game was on line ! We were playing like a team with Wade and Dragic on the bench. Beno was running the team perfectly that's why we were back in the business and took the lead.
Sitting in a corner and get outscored by an average PG, it's just an incredible specially with that contract.

If you say : he was the one who kept us afloat in the first 3Q, Wade saved us from him to ruin that last Q

Vucecic played great but when he was scoring 8 points in the 4Q, it was against Wade who was scoring too : 14 points in that last quarter... It's great to score but if you cant defend...
Let's vote the top3 by juding only the Point column

He couldnt stop a guy with no outside shot to score and prevent him to get the paint...elite point guard

And yes i am a Hater and yes Cole bla bla bla (comparing a 3rd backup point guard ahahahaha).

To me Dragic's defense in the fourth was decent, Broccoli just got ridiculously hot. Link: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=51hbE4XC7rg, Goran's defense at 1:25. They also switched DWade on him on defense and Payton scorched him too (at least 4 of the pts he had in the fourth he actually scored on Wade, link: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2-lFIDXM-LU, starts at 6:30 and then at 7:00).

These three all deserved gold imo (and Green Silver), I just put them in alphabetical order:
Bosh
Dragic
Wade

Why do you guys keep taking Maroco seriously? He either doesn't know a lot about basketball or is just pushing his agenda. It's been like that for over a year now.

Why did they switch on defense ? As i said Payton and Vucevic were the hot guys, Dragic couldnt stop him. After watching the link you gave, where was sitting Dragic on offense ? He was spacing the floor right by sitting into the corner right ?
When you cant defend your direct opponent and leave the ball to Wade by sitting into the corner for the last minutes of the game, you made a hell of a game for sure.

I dont know basketball : last year I was not the one who said we were going to make the playoffs with Dragic. We were a playoff team before the trade and not after the trade. I was not mad as i was in favor of getting that top 10 protected pick. We couldnt compete against the Celitcs and the Nets despite the $85 Million guy.

We didn't make the playoffs last year because we dug ourselves a deep hole by going into the all star break 8 games under .500. Post all star break after trading for Dragic even with Bosh going down and us playing D leaguers we managed to be a .500 team which is a huge improvement from where we were headed pre all star break.

Also we were 3-1 vs the Celtics and 4-0 vs the Nets so I don't know where that whole "We couldn't compete with them" talk is coming from.

Regardless this is discussion for another thread-LOCKED
