Man...

Imagine Bledsoe not having confidence on his knees, which happens post injury....

He's pretty much useless on the court.

Wow. Not good.

At least it's not the same knee.

Still, starting to think that staying healthy is going to be an issue for Bledsoe.

Our backcourt is a disaster.

$70 million and 4 years left for a guy who can't stay healthy
$70 million and 4.5 years left for a glorified Gerald Green

The truth hurts. We have the worst eye for talent ever. I hope and pray that this experiment keeps failing and someone else buys the team. Sarver wants money and he can cash out.

Sit him for the season. No use rushing him back

Having Ronnie Price starting and possession of the Lakers pick would've been way more fun

Cheer up Suns fans, while it's unfortunate for Bledsoe and possible immediate chances of getting that 8th spot, it DOES hopefully mean that Booker should get the start next to Knight. I think that backcourt could do wonders. I definitely think Booker could breakout and secure his starting role by season's end if Bledsoe for one reason or another isn't able to finish the season.

With the contract given to Knight, I figured the suns would look to use the bledsoe and the morris twins (back when you had both of them) and flip them for a sharp shooting sg to put next to knight, then you guys drafted devin booker. i still think you should trade bledsoe and morris and absolutely do NOT give up an asset like goodwin just to move morris. stand pat and keep on truckin

i'll admit i'm a huge devin booker fan, hell i wish we could have him over clarkson next to russell (see my sad posts on your devin booker thread lol)

He will undergo surgery on Tuesday and is expected to be out several weeks, although the Suns did not announce a timetable for recovery.

Bledsoe got injured 30th December in season 1 and came back March 10th.

He played well in the last stretch upon return, averaging 17 / 5 / 5 on good effeciency.

This could force the FO into rebuilding this season, except all I imagine is that they have '8th Seed Only 2 Games Behind' plastered on their whiteboard.

Silver lining here (as long as it doesn't result in more future injuries) is that we almost have no chance of doing anything meaningful with Knight as the primary pg, and he can get more experience to hopefully get better, and we will get to see if Weems and potentially Bryce Cotton have anything to offer. And obviously more time for Booker, and then Goodwin should get more time as well.

It really doesn't matter..I can't see us winning much regardless, even though the Cavs just lost by 30 or so to Portland. I imagine they start Curry, and LeBron played his 3rd worst game in his career last game (according to +/-)..not a great stat, but it says something, so I imagine after two road losses and a day off, they will bring it and we will get crushed.

Well thanks for a nice post from a Lakers fan. I really think I'd rather Booker run the point and Knight just be the off guard. Knight is just bad at being a primary ball handler. Booker seems uncharacteristically smart for his age and handle, though I may have rose colored glasses on due to him playing mostly against bench guys and in garbage minutes, but I'd still like to see it.
