I'm not sure I want us to win. I'm aboard the tank at this point. I could see our guys put forth an unusual effort, as often happens right after coaches get canned or star players get hurt, but overall we'll see just how much this team misses Bledsoe, which will be a ton. I will be absolutely pissed if Hornacek plays Tucker and Price huge minutes. I don't care if Lebron is playing--PJ can't stop Lebron anyways, so at least don't allow him to take ever defensive play off by getting to guard Tucker instead of Warren.

I feel the same was you do, though I think Price will play minutes, mainly because we are thin at point and Knight running an offense can get terribly ugly. PJ, likely will too. You almost have to play on or the other any time one of Knight, Booker or Bledsoe sit, unless don't mind seeing a lot of Weems and Goodwin too, but then it will probably get extremely ugly. Not saying I don't want to see those guys play, but probably in small doses, at least for a while because some of these guys could easily get demoralized over the next three games. After that I gradually play Goodwin/Weems more.

The biggest factor though, is that you know Sarver still sees that we are only 2 games back of the 8th seed (as crazy as that is), and is still wanting to make the playoffs, so in that case, you know that no matter how bad you think Tucker and Price are, they still give us a better chance to win than Goodwin and Weems. But we need to see a lot of Booker and Warren, which we pretty much should be default (especially Booker), with Bledsoe out.

There is a chance they also want to showcase Tucker against some of these good teams that people may be watching, in hopes they can trade him if/when they reverse course. Not that they have much to showcase with him though.

I actually think it will be to the Suns advantage to give Warren quality minutes against big dogs like LeBron, Kawhi etc. Sure he may get murdered by them but that's how you learn and play through your mistakes. No one on the face of Earth was born an elite defender or anything, they got better at it through experience.

I'm interested to see Booker vs Shumpert & Dellavadova as well since both are pretty solid defenders.

I can't see the point in being a fan of a competitive sport team, if you don't want your team to win. Drafting is too much of a crapshoot, even if McD has done a good job, to put your eggs in that basket. Getting into a losing cycle is tough to get out of, it could have a greater multi year effect.

About a half dozen NBA scouts are expected to be in attendance tonight to see the in disarray Suns' personnel with a side eye on the Cavs.

Brothers of RealGM, let us come together in peace and solidarity, and bathe in the warm rays of light radiating from the eternal flame of harmony that is the Phoenix Suns organization.

United we shall stand behind our brethren in Orange and Purple. We can't be consumed by our petty differences anymore. We will be united in our common interests. Perhaps it's fate that today is December 28th, and we will once again be fighting for our freedom... Not from tyranny, oppression, persecution, or annihilation... but from LeBron James and Timothy Mozgov. We are fighting for our right to live. To exist. And should we win the day, December 28th will no longer be known as the day the Bathurst War came to an end with the surrender of the Wiradjuri, but as the day the Suns board on real GM declared in one voice: "We will not go quietly into the night!" We will not vanish without a fight! We're going to live on! We're going to survive! Today we celebrate our 13th victory of the season!

You should be the new coach. At least you would be able to motivate the players

Are the cavs really that much better than the suns? I think not! Suns by 15, LeBron fouls out in the third, Kevin love is abused by Jon leur, booker goes for 40, bledsoe weeps tears of joy, suns fans blame bledsoe for our woes and shouts of "muh 8th seed" will ring out across our board.

Well they are, but their road record sucks. But after losing to Portland by 30, and two in a row, and Kyrie probably back, I'm guessing it won't be pretty.

Unless Booker, all by himself says, I don't care who these chumps are, I'm going for 50 tonight! Prompt Superman gif with Booker's head from Kerrsed now.

At least our team name is perfect now, the Suns, so we can also put flames in the first post of our game threads to indicate the season going up in flames.

I just want Booker to play well, that's all that I really care for. As a Suns fan that's the only thing I have to hang my hat on or brag about...Devin Booker.

I just picked him in fantasy too, hope he can give me the 3s that I desperately need.

I still think Len and Warren will be really good. Same with Bledsoe. Future won't be bad. Just will take a few years.

The only thing that will make me smile is Booker dropping 25+ points anything else and I'll be pretty disappointed.
