Prefer Bobcats to all of these. I would take Greensboro Swarm over the other options. Greensboro Attack just sounds terrible and I just know that's the one that's going to get picked.

The Greensboro Swarm sounds like a WNBA team.

Should totally be The Greensboro Bees (smaller than a Hornet).

Other than that, The Greensboro Bobcats has my vote.

It should be the Bobcats, but out of the names they have the Swarm is the best. Mostly because if we call them the Buzz then Greensboro will try to call themselves Buzz City and well **** you Greensboro.

exactly. I really can't believe Buzz is even up for consideration. We've done a lot to brand our city and team with various Buzz related stuff.

Apparently "Sting" is also on the board. Saw it listed with the other 3 on a contest form the D-League twitter handle sent out.

Probably better than "Attack" and "Buzz," but of course it hearkens back to the Charlotte Sting of the WNBA. Still, "Sting City" has a decent ring to it.

Out of the 4 I'd personally rank them:

Greensboro Buzz
Greensboro Swarm
Greensboro Sting
Greensboro Attack

Even though I don't like the idea of using Buzz - because of the association to our NBA team. It should be exclusive to them.
